Any chance of reworking the empire troop tree in the future? The fact that all of their units upgrade OUT of using shields has been a tactical nightmare. I'm also not fond of the fact that the Handgunner troop tree only ends as mounted pistoliers. I'd much rather have the range and accuracy of the rifles over the mounted option. I don't need my gunners to be mobile, I need them to be cheap and plentiful like they were in Warhammr Fantasy, this seemed like such a weird option to force on players.
Any chance you will incorporating the Diplomacy mod? Warsword conquest is fantastic abut it would instantly jump to my #1 if it had Diplomacy. Maybe some other things from the Floris mod pack. Anyways keep up the good work. Will endorse for sure.
Originally I offered to put Diplomacy in for Dell but I've been delayed and I'd like Warsword Conquest to release an update WITHOUT diplomacy rather than delay it another month to 6 weeks. There are enough other new things added that Diplomacy can be a later stage addition. Some of the things Warsword Conquest needs before Diplomacy can merge are now built, such as code to block hiring lords from opposing races even if the faction is nuetral at that instant. Since a pick up party is likely with the players, villagers volunteering to enroll in your army now examine your player party to see if they despise its members or feel generally comfortable; the exact algorithm was posted in the forums. Your companions modify this, as does every troop. The exact table of prejudices is quite large - more than 550 entries. This persists past whatever faction peace you managed to buy your way into -- the ordinary people of say Bretonnia may not share your sudden enthusiasm for hundreds of Skaven, even if thats what "you" think your new army should look like. And so on...
Whether you endorse or not isnt my concern, but as Dell gave Nameless the password at Moddb but neglected to give it for here, it will release on Moddb. FYI

Nameless warrior has completely retooled 4 factions and I think you'll see considerable change. This "official" release should be late March 2016, not so long from now.

I haven't seen this person's code; I'll assume he used Morgh's editor, but the actual source for Warsword Conquest I do have and Nameless Warrior is mod leader. I've put a few changes in as well. The small races with skeleton magnification under .85 will get stuck on ladders; you could Morgh those to be .90 and they wont get stuck again - thats Skaven, Halflings, Goblins, Skinks all affected, with Dwarves "sometimes" stuck at exactly 0.85Been there/done that with Perisno.

I'm the guy that posts as "GS". I think you'll see quite a few changes coming, sometime in the latter half of March 2016. We're both working hard and there are new models, scenes, features, and changes to old features. There are 45 cities, some new factions, smoother map movement, more kingdom parties, more ways to make money as a trader, a rebuilt economy, sea traders, underwater fights (although you will drown in heavy armor), encumbrance, dodge, wards, regeneration, ignore pain, mount sounds, improved caravan routes, new player races, prettier female faces and more options for female players, more than 20 virtual skins, racial prejudice, and more. I know these because those were things added in the last 3 months, although I won't take sole credit for all of them.
No need to insult him/her for stopping. I noticed that a few of the other commenters brought to Fiaura's attention that the original makers were still working on it. If Fiaura simply wanted to continue a good mod's legacy then he/she would probably stop when realizing that the mod was not dead yet.
