We are trying with my friends to play co-op. But we cant play together. Can anyone help me? My friend creates a server but I cant see in the multiplayer server screen.
Has anyone managed to get this to work with the latest steam version? I have the combination of scripts failing to load as well as the error of continually asking for a game key to be registered.
I installed WSE 4.8.4 separately and it works through there. The only issues I'm having is there's an error every time I enter a town, but it doesn't seem to do anything, and then also the Enhanced Tournaments don't seem to work.
Does anyone know how to modify it so you don't lose relation with towns/castles/villages when executing a lord? I'm fine with losing relationship with the faction and other lords, but I don't want it to affect my recruiting.
For all the GoG users having difficulty getting this mod to run, you actually have to select the mod in the warband launcher and boot up that way. You do NOT want to run from the Floris Evolved .exe that gets placed on the desktop. I can't offer any help with the Reshade though, as i'm not using it.
Okay so those instructions were wrong. It does load up the mod that way but without the script extender, which is required for the mod to run properly.
After some searching I figured out what needs to be done. Go into your warband/modules/floris_evolved folder and copy the contents of the warband script extender v3.2.0 into your main warband folder. Then, backup your mb_warband.exe and replace it with mb_warbandold.exe. Now, you should be able to run the game with floris_evolved.exe from the main warband folder.
I like the improvement of the mod. However, is there a way to have rolls for the formations. It'd be great to add up to 10 rows per troop type for those who do huge battles sizes. Also, is it possible to add where the troops start out on the map in pre-battle like older games.
On a side: execution scene when executing lords. With lords on knees receiving a quick death, on the chopping block, tied up on a pole/cross, burning them or shooting them with an arrow or with units shooting the lord with arrows; all at the player's command. The player himself can also carry out the execution.
Not working for me, i installed the mod as required and after running the link from desktop i get a error message that WSE can't find mb_warband.exe. Which is kinda weird as i gave the mod the installation path so WTF. Other than that i see it's running an old version of WSE. So what's the problem here?
What is set party size option in the mod options ? (it talks about "ideal party size" for parties and garrisons) and is there a wiki for this mod ? because its all about floris and things dont match entirely, i could use a floris evolved wiki if there is any. Is this more stable than Floris ? i wanted vanilla experience but with enhanced features and it looks like this mod is the way to go since others are outdated and full of issues.
it has serious failures, if it runs normally, it appears constant errors preventing you from seeing the message log.Only solution, use the wse.Broken improved tournaments, solution, disable them or use the wse, problem with this, that the version of the wse is 1.153 when using the 1.174.If the WSE is updated to this version, the Floris Evolved.exe executes the introduction and closes, making the only way to enter with the original exe or with the WSELoader.exe, causing the tournament problem to persist.So saying "deactivate" or use an older version is not a solution, since it is supposed to lose features of the latest version.
