So female troops in the game now faster, can strike more often than the male troops and more easy to kill than the male troops ( if you can hit them ). Now seriously - It's always amuse me, how people easy offended by some things about gender equality in games. This is a gaaaame - not real life, let's play games - not fight over it in the real life. If you don't like my experiment - grab Morghs M&B WB-WFAS Editor and do what ever You want. Then post it and let us play your version.
of course it is "sexist" but it makes sense and is more realistic than having them equal. Females of our species are weaker in upper body strength, have greater pain tolerance, and are better at controlling micro movements(better suited to surgery than a male doctor for instance). So the females in the game should stagger at at higher damage(5 instead of 3), should start with 1 surgery( or something along those lines), and start with 1 less strength. Although I am fairly certain that the average female does not run slower or faster than the average male and also as I said earlier females have less upper body strength than males so they should not be swinging swords faster or more rapidly than males( a Valkyrie should still be swinging her sword more rapidly than a swordsman because proficiency is mainly based on experience not anatomy). hint: you could use some of these as suggestions for improvements to your sub mod
