About this mod

Requirements
Permissions and credits
Makes simple tweaks to improve bullet time usage with 5 different levels of effectiveness to choose from.

Global Passive
Bullet Time drain speed is static and no longer increases on higher difficulties.
This applies to all versions listed below.

These following multipliers are based on Medium difficulty. Every modded option is shared between all difficulties.

Vanilla Easy Difficulty Equivalent
1.25x Bullet time gain.

Moderate
2.5x Bullet Time gain.

High
5x Bullet Time gain.

Extreme
10x Bullet Time gain.

Max Payne 2 Style Version
Shoot-Dodging does not drain your bullet time meter + all options already mentioned above.

Infinite
99x Bullet Time gain and all Bullet Time drain is removed.

Editing/Making your own version:
Spoiler:
Show

Download the mod and use a text editor to open up "globalsettings.xml" from one of the versions.

Find the <Difficulty> section.

Each difficulty will have its own section. Ignore the <SuperEasy> one since it's unused/cut.
In these sections will be the modified values.
Next to each modified value is the original vanilla value commented out for reference. Do not edit that, edit the leftmost value.

<BulletTimeAddRate> - Self explanatory.
<DecRate> - The speed at which bullet time drains. Higher = faster.
<ShootDodgeDecRate> - The multiplier for shootdodge drain speed. This is multiplicative of <DecRate>.

Edit at your own risk, obviously I'm not responsible for the bugs you may incur if you mess something up.

Go nuts.
