   Any other flags from any other AV is a false flag. This file is safe.

   Sadly, Kaspersky insists that the .dll is a virus... I tried to prevent the anti-virus from checking the file but It keeps happening, I disabled the anti-virus and tried to boot the game: can't pass the first loading screen after the Max Payne 3 Logo...

      Same here. Kapersky doesn't care about adding it to the exclusions, it insists it's a virus and won't run it. Maybe I can disable Kapersky and play, but that could be risky.

      If you mean the trainer that can be used with this, then open the Trainer.ini file, and change
      
      bUseNumpad = true
      
      to
      
      bUseNumpad = false
      
      then you can just use the arrow keys / enter / backspace to navigate the menus
