If you want to tone down the REDBLOOD colour,  simply  open  Reshade tab while playing and select:

prod80_04_SelectiveColor_v2 [PD80_04_Selective_Color_v2.fx]  and lower the Saturation from Reds until you find your own taste.

Don't mess up with other features since they are related to illumination and negative colours.

I personally don't like how you changed the lighting for the reshade(too bright, weirdly contrasted), but i do like the color correction

    Excellent!
You should probably disable the game's FXAA. It interferes with Reshade's effects—especially SMAA and other AA.
Also, how did you set up Reshade's display depth? I can't get it to work. It's the first time it's happening to me; all other games are generally good out of the box.

Thank you so much ! I appreciate it , glad you liked it !
I dont remember exactly, but i didnt use that feature though this time,  what i tend to do in every reshade, is to first adjust the Lightning colour  source  with "Highlihgt_midtones", "Colour temeprature", "Liftgammagain" and "prodselectivecolours_v2 - whites/neutrals" until it looks like white light.

Once i get that tone, i start playing with Lumasharpens and SMAA

And finally i can start playing with Colours  later.

ohh no no I was talking about the depth input/buffer. How To Reshade - Depth Tutorial + Install - YouTube
it's not a visual thing, it's a must-have in order for many effects (like SMAA and TAA) to function correctly.
It's the first time I get a completely broken depth and normal input. here is an example from Metro Redux and below it MP3. Metro has a working but reversed depth input (second of the three settings he explains in the video. Set to "1" by default but for Metro, it needs to be "0"). This means that effects like AA, AO, RTGI etc. don't work correctly
The source (just the game here with no added effects):
      PS
I forgot to add that you need to use DisplayDepth effect to debug as I did below.

      The default depth input:

      adjusted:

and here is what I get with MP3, I tried playing with the settings, buffers etc. but it's always fcked up

Wow! Thats a  complete new thing for me...  So i should "balance" this feature right? I dunno what it does but im going to watch some tutorials. I see that this is an important thing, but im very noob in Reshading i only play with basic stuff XD.  So if its purple/white is error right? But whats the advantage of this "DisplayDepth"?  What should I do?

It's the only way Reshade can "read" your input correctly. Don't think of it as an effect; it's part of setting up Reshade as the guy in the video explains. Luckily, most of the time, games are already good to go without any changes. Or, at least, they just need to be reversed/flipped/rotated with the three simple "on/off" settings. I've never had to adjust anything more complex like some sliders or whatever since a working game is likely to be read correctly by Reshade.
Yes, my third image, and his instructions (like looking out for weird lines), should give you an idea of what to look for. But, as I said, I can't get anything but this single color weirdness in MP3. Does it look different in your setup? I also found that Fallout New Vegas has the same problem. So I'll ask in FNV's modding community's Discord; since it's much more active than MP3, and it'll be easier to find answers. I'll keep you up to date.

It's MSAA. You can't have a depth input with MSAA active.
But from the effects you're using, none are using the depth input anyway I think. Does any of the effects you use have a "depth" option/word anywhere?

What effects need the depth input?
"Global illumination ones, TAA (which looks too bad for me in NV), SMAA has depth-backed option but it's not viable for 1080p since transparency and detail jaggies still appear on buildings for example, more noticeable on strip view from the distance
Also fog shaders and debanding (for skies, for example)
      And ambient occlusion like MXAO
Some sharpening shaders too. Can't remember anything else"
