Knock Down Ragdoll Mod
I always wanted to make a ragdoll mod for this game so here it is ctasknmshot.xml
The headshots are better then vanilla Npc's will fall to their knees Leg shots are improved Npc will shock spin
ctaskblendfromnm.xml Npc's will stay in a active ragdoll more then before Npc's will still try to shoot you even still in the active ragdoll state.

Download OpenIV If you don't have it at all
When OpenIV is done downloading open OpenIV and it will tell you which game to select
select Max Payne 3
Follow along what OpenIV says
enable Edit Mode
Which is in the top right corner and find common.rpf/data/tune/tasks
Go to the K.D.R.M Folder (extract to a location if not already done)
Drag and drop ctasknmshot.xml or ctaskblendfromnm.xml into the tasks folder
