      thanks but i installed literally everything and it just dosent work, i use steam version of the game ive re downloaded it and everything it wont work anything u may know? like i press f4 and it dosent open

      I use 3d max and Open iv only to modify a model, and the plugin Gims gta v/max payne 3 for 3d max

      thanks ahmed! I would like learn how to import weapons , maybe this 3d max can help but it looks hard from what i see in ytube

    would you PLEASE make this mod to workj without cheatmenu. i know it is possible to do so, i would do it my self but im not so good with openIV and so on.
