So I tried to play an Extreme Circle galaxy and also have the No Wormhole mod, but alas when I had the No Wormhole mod on, the Extreme Circle mod ended up being overridden.  So, I took a look at the two mods, found where they were stepping on each other, merged the code together and ended up with a mod that will allow you to select and set up the Extreme Circle Mod with No Wormholes.  

Based on the Extreme Circle mod (forgot who made it, it's hidden) and the No Wormholes mod by Spud Dastardly.
