You need to open the Mass Effect Modder, or MEM for short through either ME3Tweaks Mod Manager, or MEM itself. Once that's done you click on the button that says texture modding for either ME1, or 2, and then all you have to do is click add mod from file, select this mod, and then click install mod. Then everything should work as planned.
Not at this time. I'm no longer happy with my work here, and I've started new job that takes up a great deal of my time. I will likely revisit it in the future.
Not at this point in time, but maybe in the future. Sorry! I'm just not putting out sliders for the foreseeable future, I want to just have mods on my page as of now, but that could change. If I make any head morph changes I might put that out instead.
