If you are experiencing an issue with this mod, please include a diagnostic log from ME3Tweaks Mod Manager in your post. If you do not include this log, I will not be able to help you.
Mod is working for me in MELE2, but I constantly run in some weird glitch. When I start running after interaction with someone or something, Shepard running with his head turned in some weird way. It stops after I stop running and then start running again, but this is a little frustrating. What is more frustrating - I cant play without this mod, because default run animation in ME2 is just terrible. I hope you can fix it, cause its a great mod. Thank you!
This is from running off while the game still considers you in conversation. If you have subtitles on, you can see when they go away Shep's head will reset to default position and this won't happen. And as tk423 said, this is in the OG too.
I've installed the mod as per the instructions (LE2), no problems, no known incompatibilities, started a new game, and nothing is happening, same LE2 animations as always. Anyone have an idea as to what might be wrong?
I'd argue there is no need for this mod because the funny animation only happens in the beginning of the game when you have no armor and a pistol. With armor and other guns it won't be so bad.
For everyone who indecisive about this mod I must say that this is a must-have-mod. Default running animations in ME2 and 3 looks horrible. IDK how BioWare not though about fixing that in LE.
I have just finished LE1 and not yet started started playing LE2. I don't quite understand from the mod description: Is there a problem with Shepard's movement animation in LE2? i.e., Did LE2 incorrectly mixed up the male vs. female Shepard's movement animations?
Few people seem to be having issues with this mod in LE2. Specifically it seems to be caused by the holstering animation causing the game to hang, both when holstering manually, but more annoyingly when the game forces a holster animation from a cut scene (as it's unavoidable). Deleting the mod has fixed the problem.
This could potentially be an unknown mod conflict, as all the reports are from users of Synth's modding guide & collection. There's a few posts about it on his mod page, which all say the same thing. Nobody has posted about LE3, but then that doesn't have holstering so I guess the specific bug couldn't be triggered.
I can give you a logfile here, sorry it's long and has me LE1 session from earlier in the day, but it's the correct one.
I realise this isn't ideal, but as I've just discovered the diagnostic utility, I can't give one from the day as I've already remodded the game (though in fairness I had to delete animations anyway to prove it was causing the problem). If that's a showstopper for you, I'll take the time to remod it back how it was so you can get 100% accurate, just takes ages to process the .mem files, so rather avoid that unless you specifically need it. This one includes all the same mods (with a couple of unrelated extras and your animation mod removed), same textures and same hardware.
I always felt Shepard's animations got worse with each entry. It was honestly one of my biggest irritations in the series. Especially in 3 my god it bothered me the whole game. I genuinely appreciate the work you did to make this.

i wish you had included video comparison so everyone could understand your point better
