A great fan-recreation of a garbage piece of content. Even bad content deserves to be preserved, particularly when it's part of such an important series to the gaming landscape. It's not the pinnacle of entertainment but it might be the pinnacle of this modding scene's commitment to making Legendary Edition the unqualified definitive way to play.
Hi. I would like to take care of the Polish translation of the mod. I sent you a PM, I would appreciate it if you would read and write back because I encountered small problems. Thank you for a great mod
I find it odd that a bunch of talented modders can port this DLC to M.E.L.E yet a studio of a few hundred with millions of dollars at their finger tips cannot. Just goes to show publishers/studios don't really care.
Well...If you read the description of this mod you will see the explanation that the tools of the game designers and the tools of modders are very different. Modders can use cooked versions while Bioware is dependent on source code. Looking at the amount of work that they put into the LE (specifically the first game), I dont know if you can say they "dont care" at all. However, I will say that the fans will always care MORE. And when fans have the devotion to something, computer skills and are willing to take on a challenge, there is almost nothing they cant accomplish
Also need to take into account that Bioware probably thought it wasn't worth recreating it since this DLC was disliked by the majority of the consumer base.
How does one beat the time trials? I think my warehouse map is broken the enemies are more interested in running away in opposite directions to hide permantely behind cover or stand behind a wall shooting into it. I can't break 2:30 because I have to run to at least 1 enemy being stuck/stubborn in every wave.
Rest of the combat was fun, wish "hunt" didn't end immediately when you hit the record (then again this would just make it survival with a kill counter if you think too hard about it, nonetheless). Survival was epic made it 8:42 in tropical, defense truly broke around 8:00 when 6 geth destroyers all spawned at once and rushed Wrex and Ashley down, then I just popped barrier and ran off like a madman until a geth rocket trooper rudely spawned in front of me and 1-shotted me; to be fair there were still 5 geth destroyers following me. Capture is pretty bland best strat was just full biotics to throw / lift / stun enemies and ignore as many as possible, stand in circle and run to next one, still it was engaging. That time trial mode though, rotten luck or something there.
Not easy indeed. After about 40 attempts at the Warehouse my solution was Garrus and Ashley with HE round snipers and myself with a HE round shotgun, dumb rush all the enemies and blast em, if they look like they're going to run away into cover chuck grenades and they usually die unless they popped immunity already :/ . As a sentinel, my throw and lift also worked when I chained them together to throw enemies out of bounds but do not use biotics apart from that, if the enemy survives you will have to go out of your way to find them again.
Interestingly, this mod does cause consequences to activate in ME2. I was walking around and one of the news networks on the citadel in ME2 was talking about how a salarian sniper would be trying to break Shepherd's long-standing records on Pinnacle station.
That is interesting. So the flags for Pinnacle Station must still be present in the later games, Bioware must not have thought anything about removing them or doing so may have caused more problems. That's really neat find.
I just tried this out yesterday, and it was just as I remembered playing the original DLC back on 360. I can't begin to imagine how much effort you and your team have put into this to bring it back for us to enjoy, and cannot thank you enough. It is amazing, and I'm truly grateful for you guys for me to be able to enjoy this DLC again! ❤️
Oh boy. Pinnacle Station must be the worst Mass Effect content I've ever played, it just feels so out of place, and since combat in ME1 is ... not good, making a purely combat-focused DLC a less-than-stellar idea. In retrospect I'm glad I didn't spend money on this (the only DLC I didn't buy, apart from the weapon packs for ME2 or 3).
That said, excellent implementation into LE! You managed to do what the Devs apparently could not with the lost source code and all. I have not encountered any bugs or glitches whatsoever, and I am very grateful to you for bringing this into LE so I could enjoy this dumpster fire of a DLC. :D Now I have a retirement home that I'll never retire to, yay!
I dont know why but this mod just doesnt show up for me on galaxy map. I've installed it and the 4k loading screens, but nothing. Installed it before i started a new game and also re installed it several times! Not sure what to do nowe :( would love to play it !
Oh that's good to know, because the Kaidan mod screwed me in other parts of the game so I assumed it was causing me troubles too with Pinnacle Station after check in here.

Read how we ported it and why it wasn't really feasible for BioWare to do it. Posts complaining about it will be deleted.

Thank you for this !
Edit: It is, some 60 pulls later. God damn. Unfortunately, despite it's rarity and cost, it doesn't appear to have very good stats.
