I love this SO MUCH. This is one of those things where I idly thought "man it'd sure be cool if..." and stumbled upon your mod shortly after, by chance, and thought "OH THAT'S PERFECT." Works wonderfully, adds a ton of immersion, is one of those mods that changes something to "how it should have been from the start." Seeing Saren as a regular Turian at first, and later on fully tubed up and glowing declaring that he'd let himself be "augmented" or whatever--chef's kiss. Thank you!
Saren is definitely one of the most important and strongest points of ME story, but he doesn't have that much of a screen-time, so one could think this mod is nothing game-changing.
Wrong!
Been playing with robes + less implants version and I have to say the change is HUGE. I love Saren as a villain, but now, with his deepening indoctrination affecting him visually as well, he just reached even higher level of greatness. His change over the course of the game is even more impactful, it also makes some moments of the story more believable (him looking like a normal turian during a Council meeting, not rising any suspicions). Fantastic mod, a true must-have for anyone lookin’ for ways to make this wonderful game even better.
I'm experiencing a progress stopping crash during Bring Down the Sky. While interacting with any of the lost corpses i get a crash that sends me straight back to the launcher. After disabling the mod, I was able to gather them and complete the quest. Then at the end, when acknowledging the bodies to the guy that gives you the quest I get a crash in dialogue with the mod now disabled. If I don't acknowledge the bodies to him I can exit dialogue. The i get another crash after while talking to Kate Bowman
Yeah, I wouldn't think there would be any form of crossover but for whatever reason momentarily disabling the mod fixed it two different times. I got the idea from this three year old post - https://www.reddit.com/r/masseffect/comments/pi0axg/keep_on_crashing_in_bring_down_the_sky/
Idk too much about modding but I wonder if it's something like a texture mod or something else interacting with the two. It's specifically when interacting with Kate Bowman, any of the three corpses (each individually in any order), and when finalizing the quest at the end with the guy that gives it to you. I was able to work around it by using the save editor
The load order is before diversification project, so only way to make compatible is to change that mod as far as I know.
I shared my files with that mod author and I recall them saying due to the sheer number of options and other things that mod covers only the base armor robes options are supported, meaning no less implants options.
My apologies mate, i went over to LE1 diversification page and read through the description and it explains the issue and how to resolve it, sorry for pinging you!
Is there an option to have glowy eyes throughout the whole game while using the less implants option? I think it makes more sense that way lore-wise, but it seems like the only way to do that is to make him have all the implants from the start. Sorry if I misunderstood something.
Been using this since it came out and I've never had any issues with it until my most recent playthrough. I'm seeing comments down below that suggest it might be because of LE1 Diversification Project, though I've used both in the past with no issues. Unfortunately, I had to go through a pretty extensive mod update regiment just before the playthrough I'm on and while the most recent update to LE1 Diversification Project was on that list, so were 32 other mods and I have no idea which one might actually be conflicting with it now.... Any advice would be most welcome.
Robed Saren's design is so awesome! I wish Andromeda gave us the option to play as any of the main races. I love the Turian's design and culture. Thank you for this Mod. Casey Hudson would love it!
So I made the mistake of choosing to get the robes and whatnot but keeping the default appearance as I assumed the default appearance was the new appearance you provided, but have already installed the texture mod LEUITM.
Can I safely change the appearance I selected without worrying about anything breaking? The Mod Manager does warn me if I try to reinstall the mod that the Texture Installer will no longer work for ME1.
I have a question. If you pick alternate armor/robes combo less implants does that mean he has the robe in the first scene than later switches to the combat armor? The intro video is a little confusing because it doesn't say in the video which option goes with what thing.
What is the difference between default less implants and the last choice?
The descriptions for these were in the installer itself. I have just added to the mod description for better understanding. ithink the explanations are pretty clear what each option does Default is my preference, vanilla style, and alternate combo which was user requested and then each of these has an option for less implants. See below:
You are probably using mods that have not been patched for the latest update and will thus revert the face back to pre update. I patched LE1 Diversification Project (face reverts during the council scene) and didn't use Saren Boss Encounters as it is incompatible with the new face (it only changes the body).

Otherwise everything has been great!
BDTS affects files with BIOA_UNC52 prefix. This mod doesn't change any of those files.

This is causing conflicts with the latest update for LE1 diversification project, any chance of a patch?

Help, my pc is on fire
