How many times have you played through the Trilogy? 5? 10? 
Did it require an intervention? 

Irreguardless, if you are like me, you probably have spent an unhealthy amount of time in the trilogy. 

And if you are like me, you want your damn bonus power. My perfect playthrough has an assault rifle sentinel damn it!

Anyways - that's what this gets done.  Give you bonus powers. Give you all the bonus powers. You can take just one, or you can take all of them at the same time (I've never tried it, do at your own risk)

To my knowledge no one has figured out how to get console commands working, but it turns out using a coalessed editor (which was released within 24 hours of launch, damn that's fast!)  you can bind console commands to keys.  It gets the same effect just with extra steps.

Prerequisites: Have a numpad.  I bound this numpad keys - so you need numpad keys. 

Using the Mod:

Step 0: MAKE A MANUAL SAVE

You a are about to use a file some stranger on the internet gave you to modify your game. Save first.

I could give your game cooties.

Step 1: BACKUP YOUR COALESSED

Make a copy of your coalessed file in case something breaks

Origin Default: 
C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect Legendary Edition\Game\ME1\BioGame\CookedPCConsole\Coalesced_INT.bin

Steam Default:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mass Effect Legendary Edition\Game\ME1\BioGame\CookedPCConsole\Coalesced_INT.bin(I think, don't have steam version, did some educated guessing here)

Step 2: COPY IN MY MODIFIED COALESSED

Depending on what kind of power you would like to add (Combat, Biotic, or Tech) download the correct package and copy it over the default coalesced (the original file from step 1).

Step 3: DO THE THING

Load your game and press the right numpad key for the power your want.  Then open the squad powers menu and see how you have magically gained the power.  Or powers. I won't judge if you gave yourself all of them. (Yes I will)

Combat Powers
Numpad 1 - Assault Riles 
Numpad 2 - Shotguns
Numpad 3 - Sniper Rifles
Numpad 4 - First Aid
Numpad 5 - Medicine

Tech powers
Numpad 1 - Electronics
Numpad 2 - Damping
Numpad 3 - Hacking
Numpad 4 - Decryption

Biotic powers
Numpad 1 - Throw 
Numpad 2 - Lift
Numpad 3 - Warp
Numpad 4 - Singularity
Numpad 5 - Barrier
Numpad 6 - Stasis

Afterwards save your game

Step 4: RESTORE YOUR COALESSED

Exit the game and copy your backed up coalessed back. This has many different powers, you will hit one accidentally and add it, then need to reload.  Do yourself a favor - save!
