Sorry that this is long and kind of rambling, but I wanted to say how much I love these textures, especially the tattoos! <3 (though I'll definitely be using your freckles and also your half-shaved Miranda hair too at some point!)
I had managed to get a very distinct vibe with my Bro!Shep that I love and even though my Fem!Shep was pretty and I adored her she was missing some kind of... spark? I guess? Her face wasn't as dynamic as the personality she'd developed was in my head and I really wanted to do better by her. I'd tried to mess around with it some, fallen in love with some new hair and makeup, but wasn't getting anything that felt right overall. But something clicked in my head after I saw your tattoo/moles and lumad11's mole complexion and I'm so glad it did! I ended up meshing them together into a special personal one just for my Dahlia and going a little overboard from there so she has "spots" all over and also giving her another, bigger tattoo as well that played with one of my biggest headcanon/inspirations for her (and also gave my Bro!Shep his own small meaningful tatttoo while I was at it).
I'm so happy with how right she feels now and I definitely needed to thank you for that! Dahlia has become incredibly special to me and she looks just like she should in my head now? I wanted to wait on some other mods to actually get far enough into the game to take some nice pictures of her to share first but here she is! She's actually got a lot more additional moles on the sides of her face and neck, but her hair makes them hard to see at most angles Only problem is now I'm going to have to go back and edit her moles into my favourite LE1 shots with hair that doesn't cover nearly as much
Oh wow! She is really gorgeous and I’m so glad to hear that this helped! That’s pretty neat that the two complexions mixed together so well. Thank you so much for sharing her pictures! And I’m still working on getting those hairs to dlc I had to put a pause on it for a few days bc I had family visiting but going to be getting back to it soon. So hopefully you’ll get to use those by the time you have the shep you want them on. As for now this one that you posted is absolutely stunning!
I'm so glad you like her! Dahlia and her Bro!Shep counterpart, Jaybird, really are my pride and joy. I've probably had dozens of Sheps at this point, but I've never gotten as attached as I am to these two. She's my regal rebel and he's my awkward gangly bird boy <3 I'm planning on re-creating them in the OT when I finish this playthrough to do a run with them using the old mods, so it'll be quite a while yet before I get around to new Sheps anyway, but I'm definitely looking forward to using your hair mod when I do! :)
You have to install the specific texture for it and it’ll replace the default femshep textures. To place the default textures on your shep you can click on my profile and in my images there is a “tutorial for Miranda and default femshep textures” it will tell you how to get it those onto your Shepard through the save editor.
