This is most beautiful face you could create in Mass effect series. Even in ME1 she will look stunning.
I am still playing ME2. Once I start ME3 I will share similar headmorph of ME3 as well.

Open latest save using save editor.
Goto Headmorph tab and import my headmorph. Then save it.
Already plenty of good authors gave detailed explanation about importing Headmorphs. You can refer them as well.
I have added many Hairstyle options for ME2 as well. Use whichever you prefer. Check images to know how they look.
If you are creating new character. Here are the codes:

Note: For ME3 character models are modified. It took lot of trial and error to get right. Eyes dont match ME2 Model. So P8G is modified to P1G. P8G looks odd at few cinematics. After trying all set of eyes.. finalized to P1G which looks better in all circumstances.
If you have clipping issues with current Hair in ME3 use my Headmorph directly instead of the Face code. Headmorph has lod0 modified to fix the clipping issues.
