Just decided to share my characters appearance settings, in case someone don't want to loose time in character creation screen trying to deal with dumb editor

only if you want to use character appearance in existing save - download headmorph and import withTrilogy Save Editor
If you want to use my reshade settings, download ME LE1 Reshade, copy all files from "ME LE1 Reshade" folder and paste them into the folder "Win64" - in which is located MassEffect1.exe ( \Binaries\Win64\MassEffect1.exe )
"End" key on keyboard - enable or disable reshade effects
