   It looks like exactly what I've been looking for, but there are no instructions for download? Can I put it in ME3 tweaks mod manager or?...

      It's a Reshade preset. Reshade.me to download, then load the txt file during installation.

   Easiely the prettiest reshade I ever used for the first game and I'm still at the first few minutes, it makes it a lot more photorealistic (which fits the intended Mass Effect aesthetic) in a very positive way. I'll be posting some screenshots as I play.

      Its a ReShade preset, you can use it with any game.
