      is this the fist mod you downloaded for this game? I assumed that by now everyone knows how to use me3tweaks mod manager as the game is quite old. 
      
      Anyway i will add installation instructions.

      I figured myself it'd require that tool in order to be installed properly, but not everyone who browse mods automatically does, some are relatively new to this, so they might have been confused...
