Two texture mods
One switches out the outfit Liara wears on the Normandy in ME1 to a blue version instead of that horrid green one.
The other changes the dress in ME2 that Liara wears when she comes to visit in the cabin.
The third removes the yellow on one of her armors in ME3.
Use the latest version of MEM to install both.
Uninstall by installing the original file for each.
