I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but this doesn't work anymore. I even reset my game to pure vanilla on the off chance my mods were breaking it. But nope. i've tried Refuse and Destroy and the achievement will not pop.
No idea man. As you can see in the comments, it has worked for people in the past most of the time. Last person who confirmed it is from december 2022. I dont think EA updated the game in the meantime so save should be still fine (you as well loaded it without any problems I suposse). There is one person in the comments that says it didnt work for him but solved it later on. Try to do the same or even contact that person. Other that that.. I have no way to help you.. Or you can finish the game on your own, it took me only about 10 hours so not that bad.
So I fixed the EA Apps issue (long story). Tried again. Got the achievement for finishing the trilogy with the same character; did not get Insanity III. - _ -
I was still suffering from a launch bug where the game didn't properly track completion of certain achievements like Paramour and Insanity. Once I went back and re-did the end of ME2, both achievements popped. So thanks for this! Now I can enjoy my next playthrough without putting up with Insanity's bullshit. I did it once on the OG games, I really didn't want to do it again.
Hi, thank you for uploading this mod! Unfortunately, the autosave file didn't work for me. I also tried playing from an earlier save, which didn't work either. It might be an issue with the game itself, as the Paramour III achievement also seems to be bugged for me (didn't unlock during my own playthrough, and didn't work with a save file mod). I'd love to hear if anyone has also experienced issues with these achievements not popping, or if there's any other quick fixes I should try!
That's.. weird. There isn't any reason why it shouldnt unlock. Try checking if it is really set on insanity, maybe your game changed that once you started the game. Other than that I have no idea why it is not unlocking since it has unlocked for me without any problems.
I fully uninstalled then reinstalled the game, and the achievement finally popped for me after replaying the final missions for each game, so it was definitely something on my end. Thanks again for the mod! :^)

For anyone who's curious, I loaded the autosave which spawns you right at the final decision and the achievement popped the moment I made my choice.
