Extract the William00 Folder and put it in the Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect Legendary Edition\Save\ME1\

Launch ME1 to check if its there & hopefully it is in ME2 if not the only solution I can think is to run the Autosave and just finish the final boss. it would take like 5 minutes then the game should recognise it.
