I want to thank the person below me for the instructions and the modder for this wonderful mod! It really makes a difference for sure. If you want an eye mod that only tweaks the vanilla a little and not change it completely, this is for you! It does add a bit more glow to lighter eyes, especially blue eyes.
Idk how to post screenshots here, but I have a Google Drive folder with some pics from LE1. Btw I use LEUITM faces (not the eyes) and MELLO.
For anyone passing through, this mod is easily the best eye retexture mod that I've used since it was the only one that addressed the ME3 eye regression that was kept for all 3 games. Essentially, in Mass Effect 3 the engine changes downgraded various meshes with one of them being the eyes. As a consequence for using ME3 as the base for Legendary Edition, the LE eye models have no convex model and as such look painted on and have no depth. To install this mod for all three games, it will require a bit of effort but nothing more than following these instructions.
FIRST INSTALL ALL CONTENT MODS BEFORE INSTALLING THIS AS IF YOU INSTALL CONTENT MODS AFTER TEXTURE MODS, YOU WILL BREAK YOUR GAME (or not) s*** GETS WILD WHEN YOU DO THAT. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A VANILLA .DDS ON HAND IN CASE YOU WISH TO REMOVE THIS MOD, SIMPLY EXTRACT THE .DDS FROM THE GAME YOU HAVE CHOSEN.
Download the .dds file, extract the contents to a new folder and then open up the ME3Tweaks Mod Manager. First go to tools and open MEM (Legendary Edition) and from there go to the game you wish to apply the .DDS's to and click on "Texture Manager". On that window, click on "Search Texture" and type in the code at the end of the .dds file name. Once it brings you to the file associated with the code, simply right click and replace the .dds with the new one.
BE SURE NOT TO MIX THE .DDS FILES UP AND YOU'LL BE FINE.
As LE1 is missing certain textures relating to the Renegade eyes, the only codes you will need to use and replace with the new Convex files are as follows. 0xA62161EA 0x422BE10A 0x532EF656
For LE2 the codes you will be using are as follows along with the previous 3 codes. 0x94A85010 0xF1FE6473 0x31D1D1E6 0xF57F001A 0xF57F001A
For LE3 you will use every code as before along with the last remaining code 0x90B20FC7
Congrats, your characters eyes will no longer have a glass eye look to them and the iris should be most similar to ME1 and ME2.
Yes it does! You just have to manually check for every game if there is a matching texture name and if there is - you replace it, that's it! For me it works for MELE 1-3 and looks gorgeous!
may I beg your help. I do not understand what do you mean with replacing. Where I have to look for the matching texture name? What I have to replace - DDS files?
Does anyone have before pics for immediate comparison? I don't really understand whats being changed other than increased resolution or more detailed texture? I'm interested in the mod, but I just want to understand whats changing.

Thank you very much for a short reply!
But an instruction on how to install this would be helpful.
