Don't wanna romance someone you don't like in some game? Saves are here to help you with achievement anyway.
Since there was an issue with previous save file (for some it didn't load), I have uploaded whole folder with save, instead of save file only, so its like that:
"C:\Users\YourUserName\Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect Legendary Edition\Save\ME3\Tom_31_Soldier_230521_20ca5ba"
Just drop this into your save files and new profile should appear with 1 save file.
In any case, both files are still available - old one with only save file and new one with subfolders as well.
