It seems Project Variety (LE3) is still not compatible, even with the patch. Tested it with just the Community Patch, this mod & P.V mod. P.V was installed lasted.
Not sure if anyone's mentioned it yet, but for some reason the video is in slow motion and when it plays in-game it gets cut off about half way through. At first I thought it was Reshade or my framerate settings or something else on my end, but even after opening the actual Bik file itself the problem persisted
I'm sorry, but I cannot replicate your issue, as the cutscene does play at the correct speed both in-game and in Bink 2 Tools for Unreal player.
Could you specify, how and in what software were you opening the bik file? Most players (from Windows media player to more advanced stuff like SMPlayer and others) usually don't like the Bink2 format.
Could you also please provide a diagnostic from the ME3Tweaks Mod manager?
Also - I would suggest contacting us on the Mass Effect Modding Discord channel or the ME3Tweaks Discord channel - as we should be able to help you more efficiently there.
I ran into similar issues with the Audemus Happy Ending Mod and ALOV, my problem there was my PC couldn't handle the 4K videos. Only solution would be if the mod author made a non-4k version.
I believe it has something to do with the videos needing to play at 60fps. They will be out-of-sync if played at 30fps. Something to do with the monitor refresh rate?
This looks cool, from a gameplay look, I always leave doing Arrival until right before going to get the reaper irf and Legion so the text reflects that as it only happened a short while ago.
Edit, just tested it as I am reapplying my mods and it worked great.
ALOV ultrawide edition is handled by a separate team from our core ALOV one.
LE3 Opening Remaster compatibility with main ALOV basically boils down to an ALOV quality level video being included in the mod, so whatever ALOV ultrawide edition compatibility there would be, it would be on the side of their team.
So how would we check to see if the other team has made ALOV UWE compatible with your mod? Would it be listed as an update on the description download page? Edit** The ALOV UW page states that Opening Remaster is compatible, as in it won't break anything, but will not run in Ultrawide. Which is fine for me.
Yes, LE3 Opening Remaster is fully compatible with LE ALOV. Both from the mount perspective (ALOV has a mount priority of 4015, while OR has 4080, meaning that OR supersedes ALOV's changes) and from the quality perspective (as me and Audemus - the creators of ALOV - insured the same level of quality).
Thanks for your wonderful work! Not only in this mod but also lots of others. So, this is not included in the ALOV, so users have to install both of them, right? Besides, this seems to be a content mod, so it has to be installed before textures mod, right?
The extended cinematic is not exactly vanilla in nature, which is why it couldn't go string into ALOV, and this mod also needs to retime the cinematic by changing both its duration and music within the game packages (on top of the branching opening scroll) - and changes to packages are almost always a domain of content mods.

Yes and yes.

Processing took some time, so it's up now.
