hmm that shouldn't be possible. Did you make sure to install this after ESA and the community patch? Also make sure that your installation options were correct as I do give the option to keep the default armor.
Sorry, I only removed the logo for the female set. I found an old mod for ME2 though which does a similar thing for maleshep so you could probably use those diff and spec maps. link here
You should convert this to squadmate merge in mod manager 8.2 when it comes out of testing in the next day or so. You won't have to deal with patching or anything and it will work without replacing outfits. You don't need to deal with the squad selection images either.
I just started ME2 so this mod arrived right on time because I needed something new for Samara to spice up gameplay and this is amazing! I didn't recognize the blood dragon armor at first because it looked so much better without the default textures. So thank you very much for this!
