rngdshep has a ton of armours for femShep (including Kaidan's and Ashley's) for LE2 and LE3. For maleShep clericofshadows added a bunch of Kaidan's armours for LE2, though not LE3 (but they're adding new stuff all the time, so you may want to watch their space).
This is a great mod! Could you make Ashley's face from Mass Effect 3 into Mass Effect 1? And then in Mass Effect 1 for some reason she has black eyes instead of brown
Nice work! really helps to feel the changes in the Ashley or Kaidan characters after 2 years after the Normandy crash, awesome!
P.S. I'm probably asking in the wrong place, but is it possible to carry over the look of Miranda and Wilson from the OT Project Variority by making them dressed as doctors at the start of the game? In any case, thanks for your great work!
The original mod changes for Lazarus Station and more are definitely coming. It's just not fully finished since I'm adding some extra stuff for those interested in investigating a bit more

The whole project is far from done. If you're waiting for what is available for OT right now, I think it's feasible that all those features will be out this year. But I really can't assure you a fixed deadline.
Well, the mod is about their armors. Not their heads. Including her ME3 head was a real thought once I realized the only proper way to offer the catsuit without a seam was using her head from it.
I may consider it at some point, but it's definitely not on my plans to program an extra variable option I personally have 0 interest on with quite the backlog and list of pending stuff on my mod list.
That may happen, but not until certain advancements on squadmate compatibility issues are resolved. Modding any of the squadmates makes your mod literally clash with any other mod editing any other squadmate, which is just super frustrating.
Aww, thanks. Glad to learn this will work well for you too. I suppose BioWare didn't consider worth investing any budget for what were cameo appearances.
