So, there seems to be something weird happening with this preset and the latest version of ReShade: When this preset is loaded my screen turns completely black. As soon as I disable this preset or switch to another one the screen is visible again. I reinstalled both ReShade and this preset to double check and I still had the issue. The black screen thing does not occur with other presets I've tried (ex: Color). I love your ACES preset for BG3 and I'm hoping I can figure out what's going on here with MELE. (note: I've only tried with LE1 so far).

Edit: switching on performance mode seems to have fixed the issue. While troubleshooting I also found that disabling either LevelPlus.fx or MagicBloom.fx also fixed the black screen issue.

Can't I just select the ACES ini file while installing reshade? why do I need to put your reshade shaders folder manually into the game folder?

sure, you can do it that way. My way just makes sure that my specific shaders are passed along, as well as making it straightforward for those who already have reshade installed.

      This looks epic!
Can you kindly guide me through step by step on how to install the reshade. I have never installed a reshade before so I am very confused on what to do. Sorry if I am asking too much but I just love your reshade and feels like I must have it!

      Thank you !

I tried without installing any of the effects (just the reshade) and copied the downloaded file & folder to the game directory. when I changed the preset in game, it did not change anything. It said effects were missing.
So do I need to install all the effects when I install reshade?

Seems like you didn't install it correctly and are missing something important. During the initial installation just click "next" for all of the steps.

After you have done so drop in the contents of my download to overwrite.

just finished playing LE1. Using ALOT, some other graphics mods, MELLO and this reshade. Honestly, it didn`t even feel like I had a reshade, it was just a remastered version of what the game should look like today. It actually looked better than some modern games

Thank you for the amazing reshade!!

Hi, I installed this preset into ME2LE but it looks all blurry. Is it only for ME3 or am I doing something wrong? I'm playing in 1080p btw.

Edit: Never mind, it was because I installed all the shaders available in reshade, which messed up some of yours.
Nice job on the preset! I gotta say though, I think it looks much better without FXAA and ChromaticAberration shaders (FlexibleCA is enough imo).

Legendary Edition has significantly more aliasing than the original trilogy for some reason and the functionality to manually boost AA samples driverside no longer exists. That's why I put FXAA in my presets. This game really needs all the help it can get to strengthen image quality. Especially if you are playing without supersampling.

It looks soo good, thank you! Vibrant, but not too much. Perfect for yet another trilogy replay.

Nice! What setting do I adjust to avoid this blurring the minimap?

it's not blurring, it's chromatic aberration. You can get rid of it by disabling .prism fx and CAS. Or you can just reduce the envelope to make it not intrude with the UI.

Looks fantastic. Works on OT games by any chance? I'm a big fan of Illusive ReShade but I can def see myself switching to this.

It should work for OT. However, you'll need to apply the correct binaries since the OT uses DirectX9.
