I did consider changing it to the Galactic Standard Year equivalent (which would be 1675), but since the translators are basically capable of semantically localising everything I figured the VI in it could work out when a number is a year and update it accordingly
Speaking of said "translators"...I know it's a fair bit to ask, but how'd making the certificate an interactable object that shows the clear text on use sound while the texture itself shows alien, Asari-ish script? I know the "translator" thing-bobs can wave all that away, but it feels...uninspired and not terribly consistent all the time, given that LE3 suddenly introduces some alien signs/symbols or some such such on non-Terran weapons (think Disciple or Phaeston, e.g.).
I know that neither base LE1 (which mostly had no written text on things at all) nor LE2 (which went the "lazy" route of simply putting English text everywhere in the first place, from adverts to signs etc.) went with this, but I feel it'd add lots more flavour.
