Could you list the HED names of the brows? I imported a head model on an already existing save I had, and was wanting to change the brow option it used.
I found this list here on nexusmods, some of the names worked but others don't and crash the game on start (restored backup save after that). FlatDiamondBrow crashed, versus AssymBrow and SquareBrow which worked fine
I just looked at the files with Mass Effect Modder and FlatDiamondBrow isn't even listed there. It's listed under brows in the package editor though which makes me suspect that the brows aren't even used by the game which might be why your game crashes. I certainly haven't used that file for my mod. I can list the HED names though!
