LE1 QoL. infinite run and Mako boost. decals and corpses stay and physics. separate use and sprint. 10x time speed button. inventory tweaks. bullet time - slow motion 50 or 70 percent
Newer versions of Mod Manager (from 8.1 version ) breaks this mod. If you are using Mod Manager 8.1 (or newer ) and you want using this mod then turn off option for merging ConfigDelta files (but that will break any new mods that use this function ).
You have the right to your opinion but allow me to disagree :) -separate keys for use/sprint - I hardly see that as cheat -unlimited sprint- the idea of it is to make game less sluggish not easier. Same goes for mako boost. -reduced delay when starting sprinting - too small difference to call that a cheat -skipping dialogues without selecting response - I don't think this can be called cheat -enabled physic for corpses - definitely not cheat -corpses not disappear - definitely not cheat -decals staying for infinite time - definitely not cheat -speed up time button - I don't think that can help in game. Just good thing to skip unskippable cinematics etc. -increased inventory - imo QoL -disabled mouse smoothing/dampening - making mouse movements more correct. QoL imo. -increased max credits and salvage capacity - imo QoL. Credits not have much weight so it is weird to be limited in that. -screenshot/HUD/console command buttons - I don't think such stuff can be called cheats. -bullet time - this is for people who enjoy slow-mo mechanics from ME2 and ME3. Sure this one will make game easier but also funnier (for people what like this ) but I don't force anyone to use it.
Hello, I have used this mod, LeftAlt 70percent for months in my playthroughs, but for some reason it is no longer working. I can't find it in the modified files list and when I load the game there is no LAlt speedup button or Escape to skip conversations. Below is a picture of my modified files from ME3Tweaks and a copy of the diagnostic log. I do not see anything that could be causing this to no longer work.
I have absolutely no idea. Discord was able to figure out what was happening and told me that it was this issue. I am not a coder and no clue how to fix it other than to turn off the new function, which I did.
Actual version of Mod Manager (8.1 ) breaks this mod. So as you said if you are using Mod Manager 8.1 you must turn off option for merging ConfigDelta files if you want use this mod (but turning this function off will break any new mods that are been made with compatibility to that function ).
Thanks for this. Endorsed. Was wondering whether LE1's sprint can be modded to enable rotation, like can be found in LE3 here https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffectlegendaryedition/mods/626?tab=description (specifically "Enable camera control while storming"?
I was trying this today (I heard that it will not work but I want try it anyway ) and only I made it work with one button for enable and other button used for disable (in game are unfortunately 2 different commands for this so making it toggle on/off with one button can't be done ). It would be like that in BIOInput.ini: find [SFXGame.SFXGameModeBase] delete this: Bindings=( Name="PC_Aim", Command="TightAim | OnRelease StopTightAim" ) add this: Bindings=( Name="PC_Aim",Command="TightAim" ) Bindings=( Name="PC_Aim2",Command="StopTightAim" ) find [SFXGame.SFXGameModeDefault] add this: Bindings=( Name="here you must write key what you want for disable", Command="PC_Aim2" ) and bear in mind that this key cannot be bind to anything in "key bindings" in game options
There exist more reliable way to do this but not by modifying game. You can modify windows right mouse button behavior. You must use some script program for that. For example in AutoHotkey make new script with these lines: Rbutton:: If (Switch := ! Switch) Send {Rbutton Down} Else Send {Rbutton Up} Return Double clicking on that script file will make it activate. Then run game. After you finish your game session, close script program to end script (2x left click on AutoHotkey small icon –it is at bottom right when icons of launched programs are in windows 10, then program shows on screen and on top right you will see inscription "File", click it and then Exit (Terminate Script ). This not works in all games (for example not works in RE2 remake ) – if not work you may try switching mode in game – full screen/borderless windowed. Additional advice: Once you enable script, don't click RightMouseButton before entering game and remember to close script program (it deactivate script ) after exiting from game (RightMouseButton when used in windows also toggles ).
Thank you for detailed response and for trying, I wanted to get the solution from modifying BIOInput since its most reliable and to avoid any external scripts.
I find other solution although not flawless. It works but you need hold a bit when turning off. Bindings=( Name="PC_Aim", Command="OnTap 0.22 TightAim | StopTightAim" )
Unfortunately no. But for consolation we have possibility of making Decal staying for infinite time (in ME2 and ME1 this also is possible but more limited as it don't work for some stuff like bullet holes in walls ).
I am not sure what you mean that Omni-Key mod splits keybinding possibilities more. Maybe you thought about older version of my mod? In last version of my mod you have similar way of changing keys from menu, only that I don't have yet are Names for actions (so there are blank places for Use, Sprint and other new stuff ) because this is more complicated to do but in future I try make it. About the compatibility - for LE1 this isn't possible because only way of making such mods is replacing Coalesced file. Also there would be drawback because my mod gives you less delay when start sprinting (0.1 second ) but in Omni-Key mod this is hardcoded to default value (0.3 second delay when start sprint ). With less delay Shepard feel somewhat more responsive when you start sprint. By the way in LE2 and LE3 default is 0.2 second delay when start sprint (so it is quite acceptable there without modification of this value ).
There is one thing... The download section suggests you can use the Mod Manager, while you actually don't. I suggest the "mod manager download" button be removed or the mod should be made compatible with the Mod Manager.
Sorry, I thought this is working (I never used nexus manager ). I believe that this button is at default and there is no information that anything more is required to make it work. I observed other mods and I saw some have specific folder structure and configuration file so I made it for my mod. I hope that would be work in manager. By the way all day long I was preparing new version (1.3 ) and this will be big improvement. Now I going sleep and tomorrow I upload new version (1.3 ) - fully configurable new keys from game menu (use, sprint, screenshot, hide-interface, freeze – but separate use and sprint are not must as default use+sprint stay also in menu ) except time button (so there be versions with LeftAlt and MiddleMouseButton ). Also added Console command execution (you can make file named root.txt in your Game\ME1\Binaries folder and clicking button what you configure for it will make these changes execute – so you can add for example any console commands for example cheats like add specific number of credits or set specific number of paragon/renegade points or toggle slow motion – this can be set with value what you want for example 35% time dilation ). Also reduced delay for sprint, now Shepard don’t feel somewhat sluggish when start sprinting (LE1 at default have +0.1s delay in regard to LE2 and LE3 ). I will add also optional version with FOV90. My mods for LE2 and LE3 will be updated with similar manner in a couple of days. UPDATE: For LE1 new version uploaded. Added version for Controller (gamepad ). Another update: New versions for LE2 and LE3 have been released. ANOTHER UPDATE: now I realized that button for download with mod manager trigger ME3Tweaks not Nexus manager. But anyway my mods are already compatible with ME3Tweaks.
Thank you for kind words. Today I updated mod to version 1.2. Added buttons for freeze game, screenshot and hide hud/subtitles. I reduced number of optional versions by adding 10x more capacity of credits & omnigel to main files as I tested it more time and it seems bug free (also importing LE1 save to LE2 works well ). Time button changed to 10x instead of 5x (5x imo wasn’t fast enough ). Also added useful things in FAQ. UPDATE: Versions for LE2 & LE3 ready - links in description.

EDIT: The issue was that the mod is being overwritten by the new coalesced merge feature that was introduced in the latest version of mod manager.

delete this: Bindings=( Name="PC_Aim", Command="TightAim | OnRelease StopTightAim" )
add this:
Bindings=( Name="PC_Aim",Command="TightAim" )
Bindings=( Name="PC_Aim2",Command="StopTightAim" )
find [SFXGame.SFXGameModeDefault]
add this:
Bindings=( Name="here you must write key what you want for disable", Command="PC_Aim2" )
