Hi - whenever I try to change my character's hair before the prologue, my game crashes back to the start menu. I'm using the Appearance Modification Menu, and I have the latest version of this mod installed (1.3.1). I've tried 3 different hairstyles, just in case it was one hairstyle mod that was the problem, but each time my game has crashed. And I notice the appearance changes don't actually show up in the preview on my character.

EDIT: I should note that outfits seem to show up OK in the prologue appearance customization menu. But any changes to the face cause the game to crash.

EDIT AGAIN: Re-applying this mod, the Appearance Modification Menu, and the various hair mods in the ME3Tweaks Mod Manager fixed the issue!

Hi, so anytime I try to import this mod onto ME3Tweaks, it says this:

"There are alternates with duplicate OptionKey values. This is due to them either having a duplicate OptionKey values set on them, or different options have the same FriendlyName value. The following values have duplicates: No Patch,No Patch"

I'm not really sure what this means. I don't think I downloaded any mods that need a patch. Do I have to download a patch of some kind for this to work?

Hi, thanks for bringing this to my attention! It looks like I made a formatting error in the moddesc when making the different install options, which is causing the Mod Manager to have issues with it. I'll upload a corrected version today -- the error is purely in the moddesc though, it has no bearing on the mod itself.

As for compatibility patches, they are part of the mod and will install automatically if any mods that need them are also installed.

New version should have OptionKeys set up correctly.

I seem to have an issue with this mod which just happen to pop up recently. When I change my character outfit right before the prologue start however once the actual game play starts. Her outfit goes back to the default

Sorry that you're having an issue; by actual gameplay you mean the part where you start following Anderson around, right?
In any case this sounds like a mod conflict. Got any new mods you recently updated or added to your game? If possible, could you please share a log generated from the Mod Manager > Logs and Diagnostics > Game Diagnostic > select ME3 from the dropdown menu. Just post the resulting link here and I'll take a look at it :) Thanks!

I had this happen as well, discovered that the mod "Appearance Modification Menu" conflicts with it. Turning that mod off allows this to work. You can turn that other mod on after you do the prologue.

That's strange, I've used both together before with no issues; I'll take a closer look, thanks.

Found the cause of this! Appearance Mod Menu was not a problem, it was a bug in this mod. It is fixed in version 1.3!

Any chance this can make the Grissom Academy uniform available? That one was my favorite for my Male Shep, but I can't figure out how to get access to it, and I can't remember what mod I used in OT ME3 to add it (alongside most other civilian outfits) to the locker.

Not sure how, but I seem to have all outfits available in the locker that loads right after character creation (I think there's 42 I can cycle through), which is what I want, but most of them just turn Shepard invisible, including number 16, which, in my OT save, is Grissom Academy. I assume both the availability of all the outfits and the invisible state of most of them is caused by some mod  or combination of mods, I'm just not sure what is having which outcome.

Invisible outfits definitely shouldn't be happening. Can I get a game diagnostic? That'll allow me to see all the installed mods, and hopefully track down the issue. You can generate it from the Mod Manager > Help > Logs and Diagnostics > Game Diagnostic > ME3. Please post the resulting link here, thanks!

Unfortunately not, I don't have internet access on the computer the game is installed on.

However, I seemed to find the cause: mods that add casual outfits for females (such as Fanciful EDI) also create slots for males that show up as either a fully invisible Shepard, or a duplicate of the last outfit previewed (I guess depending on how the game feels lol). I just checked my OT ME3 and it also shows duplicate outfits where female outfits would be present if I wasn't playing a male. I'd forgotten about that, since I haven't played OT for some time.

I also remembered how I unlocked the civilian casual outfits for Shep in OT; I edited the coalesced.bin file. Obviously not a process to be taken lightly, but I managed to do it successfully. :)

I had one more question. I tried using multiple invisible helmets, the 'No Helmet' option, and a visor for the Mars mission, but Shep ALWAYS wears an N7 helmet. Is that normal?
