Hi there seems to be a conflict with Project Variety. In order to use the custom outfits for Project Variety, it requires the characters outfit to be set to default on EGM settings. But because there is no option for the blue default outfit in the EGM options of your mod, her PV outfits dont show up in game. In fact its a really weird error where if you try to set it to default outfit on EGM anyway, she is wearing the blue default outfit but its unzipped and there is no body to show lol. Shes a floating head and her neckline and chest is invisible which is a bit creepy. All the other characters PV outfits work and disabling this mod caused Ash to work correctly. Would love there to be a fix bc I really love her original hair style

Hi, I have a little problem with installation of this mod. I installed "LE3 Community Patch & Framework" first. Now I want to install "Ashley Consistency" but I can't.
I only need LE1 hair and zipped casual outfit, I selected this option, but I can't click "Install" for some reason. Of course I'm using "ME3Tweaks Mod Manager".
    Can anyone help?

I believe you need the Expanded Galaxy Mod to set the clothing option through the EGM menu before you install the consistency mod.

I don't think that's the problem. I don't need diffrent clothing, only her hair from ME1 & ME2 and her zipped vanilla uniform. The EGM mod options are there in installation menu, but are not available of course, because I don't have this mod.
I just wan't this one little change with her hair and uniform and this option is available in installation menu. The problem is I can't click "Install" button for some reason.

      It looks like this:

Nope, I still can't install it. I just have no idea what to do. For now I'm playing ME1:LE so it's going to take me some time until I'll finish ME1, ME2 and start ME3. Maybe someone will help in the meantime?

Thank you Jenya, but it seems there is a problem with the archives, I can't see the download button. I don't know if it's normal or not, or if it's just me (tried with Edge and Brave).

Good luck fixing the problem anyway.

Of course I would start my first-ever Ash-instead-of-Kaidan ME3 playthrough on the SAME DAY this mod stops working! 😭😂Of course! I did try playing with vanilla ME3 Ashley, but it's just too jarring. Since I'm scared to use MEM, and this is the only Ash alteration mod I can find for ME3Tweaks, I'm following this thread with great interest!! LOL Thanks for making this mod, Jenya! I can't wait to try it. 😊

There's a bunch of options set forOptionGroup="EGM options"
But this also means that without EGM installed, this group condition cannot be satisfied.

If anyone needs a hotfix, you can remove EGM options altogether. Just open mods\LE3\Ashley Consistency Project (MELE3)\moddesc.ini and replace the last line with
altdlc = ((Condition=COND_MANUAL,ModOperation=OP_ADD_FOLDERFILES_TO_CUSTOMDLC,ModAltDLC=Options\Casual_zipped_LE1Hair,ModDestDLC=DLC_MOD_Ash_Concistency_Project\CookedPCConsole,FriendlyName="LE1 hair and zipped casual outfit",Description="Gives Ash her LE1 hair and zips up her casual outfit",CheckedByDefault=true,OptionGroup=Casuals,ImageAssetName=le1hair_zipped.png,ImageHeight=320),(Condition=COND_MANUAL,ModOperation=OP_ADD_FOLDERFILES_TO_CUSTOMDLC,ModAltDLC=Options\Casual_unzipped_LE1Hair,ModDestDLC=DLC_MOD_Ash_Concistency_Project\CookedPCConsole,FriendlyName="LE1 hair and unzipped casual outfit",Description="Gives Ash her LE1 hair and unzips her casual outfit",OptionGroup=Casuals,ImageAssetName=le1hair_unzipped.png,ImageHeight=320),(Condition=COND_MANUAL,ModOperation=OP_ADD_FOLDERFILES_TO_CUSTOMDLC,ModAltDLC=Options\Casual_zipped_LE3Hair,ModDestDLC=DLC_MOD_Ash_Concistency_Project\CookedPCConsole,FriendlyName="LE3 hair and zipped casual outfit",Description="Keeps Ash's vanilla LE3 hair and zips up her casual outfit",OptionGroup=Casuals,ImageAssetName=le3hair_zipped.png,ImageHeight=320),(Condition=COND_MANUAL,ModOperation=OP_ADD_FOLDERFILES_TO_CUSTOMDLC,ModAltDLC=Options\Casual_unzipped_LE3Hair,ModDestDLC=DLC_MOD_Ash_Concistency_Project\CookedPCConsole,FriendlyName="LE3 hair and unzipped casual outfit",Description="Keeps Ash's vanilla LE3 hair and unzips her casual outfit",OptionGroup=Casuals,ImageAssetName=le3hair_unzipped.png,ImageHeight=320),(Condition=COND_MANUAL,ModOperation=OP_ADD_FOLDERFILES_TO_CUSTOMDLC,ModAltDLC=NewArmours,ModDestDLC=DLC_MOD_Ash_Concistency_Project\CookedPCConsole,FriendlyName="New Armours",Description="LE1 and Ajax armours for Ash",CheckedByDefault=true),(Condition=COND_MANUAL,ModOperation=OP_ADD_FOLDERFILES_TO_CUSTOMDLC,ModAltDLC=PATCH\Practical_Bodies_Squadmates\PBS_MAIN,ModDestDLC=DLC_MOD_Ash_Concistency_Project\CookedPCConsole,DLCRequirements=DLC_MOD_Practical_Bodies_Squadmates,FriendlyName="Practical Bodies for Squadmates: Ashley PATCH",Description="Patch for those who installed PBS: Ashley. That group made specifically for compatibility with EGM mod. It doesn't suppose to work without it. Your "fix" would just break stuff.

@13xforever not sure why you're suggesting to remove installation options.

But this also means that without EGM installed, this group condition cannot be satisfied.

Not sure where you're getting the condition cannot be satisfied. Without EGM installed you will auto get an option called `NO EXPANDED GALAXY MOD OPTIONS SELECTED` this is correct. This means it will not install anything. like its description says `No EGM options selected - use this if you are not using Expanded Galaxy Mod.`

It's working! Thank you for your support and help. And of course thanks for the mod itself. This and yours "Ashley complexion" mod does justice for Ash in ME3. She finally looks like she should, not like some "cheerleader" :P Thanks again!

PS: Maybe in the future updates you could include more options for alternate casual outfit for Ash? Like normal Alliance Crewman's outfit. That would be perfect. I know it's available in EGM mod, but I would like just simple mod for this ;)

Thank you so much, Jenya!! Ash looks so much better now (IMHO)!

I have a potentially stupid question, though: how do I equip the other armors on Ashley? She's still in her default armor in my game. I don't see an option to change it in the mod settings menu.

You can change companion's armour when you pick your squad for a mission. There's also a terminal on the Normandy that allows you to do that.

Hi there. Great mod! I was confused, because I chose the default (blue S1) outfit in the EGM selection tool, but there does not seem to be an EGM option for this choice in this mod's installer. Do I just use the default setting in the EGM section of this mod's installer?

I see, that's why it is sometimes a good thing to keep previous version of mods. I hope this can be solve soon enough, but I think I will finish the game before that with that babydoll face ashley !

By the way, I don't know if this can help someone, but there are snapshots of the page on archive.org, but you can't download files because you can't connect from it.

EDIT : Oups, sorry, I answered to the comment bellow.

Yeah I checked archive.org as well but can't download from there. I would 100% take an archived version of the mod right now, since I don't have EGM installed so I don't think it would cause issues for me. I just want to get through that first hour or two of the game - then Ashley can sleep it off in Huerta . . . LOL
I'm sure it'll take a bit of time to fix the updated version, so I'm not expecting that right away. I just wish I had an old copy for the moment!

That's a good question, for me she's either in the vanilla casuals or the alliance rags depending on how I select Project Variety's patch for this mod even with her EMG options set to default. For the casino, she wore the vanilla dress. For Thane's service, she wore Dress blues with her hair down. I'm not sure if I'm just setting up Project Variety's Ashley Consistency Project patch incorrectly or if something I have is causing a conflict. I did notice Project Variety's nude option worked at least

A compatibility patch with LE3 Diversification Project would be most welcome, as of now it seems this mod overides some of the changes from LE3DP even if Ashley isn't alive in LE3

Why do you need this mod if Ash is dead in your game?
I'm not sure what changes it can possibly override.

Sorry I guess I wasn't clear enough in my original comment.

I tried your mod with Ashley being the Virmire survivor (also when Kaidan is). In both scenarios when using it with LE3DP, some changes done by that mod are reverted to vanilla, particularily for some characters in the Citadel.
For example with Bailey (his look & outfit are changed when using LE3DP) in 2 scenes, when he greets you when you first arrive at the Citadel and during the council rescue during Priority: Citadel. Whether Ash is alive or not with ACP installed, Bailey will revert to his vanilla look & outfit.

I'll try to get some footages or screenshots, it will be clearer
