If you use any of my mod collections, it is recommended that you download mods listed in them via Batch Mod Installer. This way you will have access to some now-deleted mods and you will always download the same mod version that I used when making my mod collections.
All of my mod collections come pre-configured i.e. mod manager will automatically install all necessary patches to ensure that your game works fine. When installation process is over, your game is ready-to-play.
Texture mods must be installed via Mass Effect Modder (or ME3Tweaks Mod Manager).
Batch Mod Installer is an AUTO-INSTALLER ONLY. It will NOT DOWNLOAD ANY MODS!!!
I recently made a playthrough of Mass Effect 3 using mods and made an analysis and breakdown video of said playthrough. I also gave your guide a shoutout for all its help! I know you don't play Mass Effect anymore, but I wanted to thank you!
Did anyone update it? I am thinking of modding my game and never played the game before so want a smooth play-through. Guess I will roll the dice and give this a shot thanks.
So, I recently discovered this collection and noticed that the creator is no longer supporting it. My question is: is this still viable? Is anyone currently using it?Recently, my interest in big RPGs has been reignited after playing Baldur’s Gate 3. I played and loved Mass Effect 1–3 back in the day, and I’d like to start over.I’d really appreciate it if someone could give me a quick update on the collection’s viability.
Just installed me1 mods from thist collection, mostly work rly well. Improvements take time to figure out, but it worth. havent tried to push deep through the game, but even in prolouge there are already a lots of difference.
Have to say: i did it manually, without batch help, coz i dont need few from list (dont think u need to cut shakers or vingette if u dont feel dizzzy), so cant say if his batch collections work. But in oweral its seems to be.
Have questions about some of the improvements, just coz havent seen them yet. Those like grenade replanish, or diversification progect (im just running prolouge to test out), but i think its just progress consuming.
Guide is pretty easy - just follow the instructions step by step and ure good, takes a few minutes to understand requirements or comparability issues to add more mods from your own list too, even if ure not native to this language like me xD
I'm doing the same thing you are. We'll see how the Batch Collections Work! BTW, never played BG3, or any of the BG games. I'll have to give it a shot!
I manually downloaded only the mods I thought I wanted and haven't had any problems yet. I'm about four hours into the game. The only one I was confused about was Casual Hub but I read on their page that it doesn't happen until certain scenes have been unlocked so that was solved. Everything else I've used in ME1 has worked. Haven't tested other two games.
Is this collection still viable to play with? More specifically for Me2 and Me3? Also does the More Gay Romance mod conflict with any of the mods here for the second and third game?
I wanted to share a quick tip in case it helps anyone else encountering this issue. If you're using the ReShade preset and notice that the depth buffer keeps getting unselected (especially in LE3), here’s a potential solution.
Open the Add-ons tab in ReShade.
Set the "Aspect Ratio Heuristic" to None.
This should allow ReShade to correctly select the depth buffer. The issue likely arises due to a mismatch between the buffer's aspect ratio and your monitor's aspect ratio.
In my case, the buffer was set to 1920x1440, but my monitor has a 16:9 aspect ratio.
Below is how the settings should look (even if it seems like no depth buffer is being selected, the effects are being applied):
Just follow the guide and install the mods in order. I would read over the mods before installing them since a lot of the mods like community patches, the diversity mods got updated after this mod list was created. I had some bad crashes in ME1 on noveria, ME2 was perfect no major problems. working on setting up ME3 now.
Hoping someone can help me out. I'm not sure if this glitch is because of the mods or not. I was just made a spectre, and my first order of business is to go to Noveria and do the Paragon/Renegade glitch to max out both. I have not yet completed the Noveria mission. When I try to leave and go to any other planet, I get a "message coming in" from joker, followed by a side shot of the communications room where I can move around but nothing else happens. Has anyone else encountered this?
If you are using texture mods, I am not sure. If you only had content mods, then it should not be much of an issue. I did it for a while but modded it again because of the new fresh feel the game has with these changes.

I decided to end support for this mod collection.

Did you have any major issues?
Does it all work alright?
I'm looking to do the same.

Can I unmod the game and keep playing my save? Like, revert game to vanilla state and keep playing the previously modded save?
Thanks in advance for any answers!
