I never had a issue with this mod, but today I'm getting the error installing mod pop-up in mod manager when I try to install for LE2, could be from ME3Tweaks updating a couple of times since I last played LE2
Edit: turns out Remove Time Dilation was caused an issue when installed
Additional Edit: It seems I can still use Remove Time Dilation if I install it last, well last not counting textures
I love your mod when im playing ME2. I always use just the hologram so I know I have a power on, otherwise I'm constantly checking it. I was wondering if it is at all possible to shrink the icons in 3 instead of remove. The only way I've seen to do this is a texture mod, and I'm constantly adding stuff so that just doesn't work. If it's not possible or you just don't want to I understand and it wont stop me using this mod every time.
Had a thought about this, up to you though if you want to actually look into it. Like Jninja98 I'd like to be able to have the hologram stay and not have the ammo symbol. Any chance it would work by replacing the symbol file(s) with the hologram file(s)? If game handles them with the same hook and implementation it would be a quick and easy change, if not then this idea wouldn't work and just look like a mess.
I hate the look of ammo powers so much I usually just skip using them and mod the file of whatever weapon I'm using to do more damage to make up the difference, it'll be nice to actually use them now
They are not identical. Option 1 removes the power icon, Option 2 removes the holographic shell when the ammo power is activated and option 3 does both.
That's the issue, I may be acting seemingly blind here but I can't figure out what the holographic shell is on the first picture (which is REMOVE ICON ONLY). :P
Would I be pushing it if I asked you to add some screenshot comparison vanilla vs each option? Naturally I don't want to tell you what to do, just a suggestion. Love the mod either way because at the end of the day the icon ok the side of the weapon was annoying and it is gone now.
"This mod must be installed before any texture mods such as ALOT!"
Unfortunately that's going to be a deal-killer for a lot of us (no pun intended).
Being as Alot is usually the first thing former vanilla players install, anything incompatible with existing installs using Alot is going to be discounted.
Few will want to undertake a 60-90 minute reinstall of Alot every time a viable new mod comes out.
That's why ALOT should be the last mod users should install. The recommended installation order is: Content mods, THEN ALOT, because you cannot install content mods afterwards, which are a very big percentage of all mods. If you have the space, I'd also advice to keep a post-content mods, pre-ALOT copy of you game, so you can add more content mods if an update comes up, and throw ALOT on top without having to reinstall everything.
Well, idk how to tell you this but... at least 75% of mods for Legendary Edition have to be installed prior to any texture mods because doing it the other way around would break the games. That is a fundamental modding rule that has been around since at least 2015 or so. Don't come into my comment section and tell me, a person who has been modding these games for about 2 years now, how modding works. That is very rude and i can guarantee you that others would most definitely ban you from downloading their mods or posting in their comment sections for this kind of behavior.
Yeah, I'm now beginning to see that's the case. I'm only now getting into ME3 (to be honest, Andromeda was the "gateway" game for me, so I guess I'm playing through it in reverse).
That'll teach me to comment in ignorance.
I don't know if you, as the mod creator, have the ability to delete comments. If so, deletion of my OP is justified in this case. My bad.

Thank you very much
