Her face did not change at all between OT and LE. I checked. The only differences were the hair mesh and the lighting/rendering which made her look different. This mod gets her as close as it gets to how she looked in OT.
It's the lighting, they completely botched the whole lighting at Kelly's post which makes her look like crap. I think someone actually made a mod a while back that added the old lighting back.
I don't own the legendary edition yet though, so I haven't been able to check if they might do the trick. It'd be great to find out, because that would definitely push me to finally revisit mass effect ^^
There’s two mods that edit Kelly’s lighting. Unofficial LE2 Patch, and this mod. Though this mod combines the LE2 patch edits with my own. No other mod currently edits the lighting of this specific area.
That hairstyle that Bioware gave her in ME3 and then decided to give to several women in the LE has got to be one of the most offensive things they've ever done.
Up there with giving Miranda her ME3 hair (which I hate) in LE2.
It's just puzzling to me that Bioware decided to make the first 2 games look more like the 3rd when that one was the odd one out; ME1 and ME2 had more in common visually than ME3 which then came and made several things look drastically different especially since by that point very iconic looks had been established.
when installing this before the cerberus consistency the option for the hair is greyed out, and vice versa. Will Miranda, Jacob and the rest of the crew still have the consistency if I install the ladies mod instead? EDIT: Nevermind, I misunderstood everything, ignore this post haha
Yes - use this mod. If you want to use both mods together, install this mod with only the Kelly option and then manually delete the BioD_Nor and BioD_EndGm2 files from the other mod so the only BioD files present are Arv ones.
Yeah so that mod is a simple bug fix which is also contained in the LE2 Patch as well as this mod. That mod also has an optiojn to restore Kelly's hair, which this mod also does. However, this mod also makes additional lighting changes/fixes as well as tries to restore her hair colour to the original redhead look, as well as provides compatibility with Cerberus Uniform Consistency.
Hey, I'm getting an error from MEM regarding this mod:
Referenced TFC file not found: Textures1_DLC_MOD_CUC_LE2.tfc Error: Texture HMF_ARM_CTHb_Cer_ME3F_Diff is broken in package: /Game/ME2/BioGame/DLC/DLC_MOD_KellyKenson/CookedPCConsole/BioD_EndGm2_200Factory.pcc Export UIndex: 10114 Skipping...
I restored LE2 and all that just to add this, so it's the only new mod. I'm guessing CUC means cerberus uniform consistency, Which I installed first, then this mod with the patch. Am I missing something?
MEM doesn't seem to want to continue the mapping after the error. I get the "errors while scanning package files" screen, That has the "close" button, and though it says skipping, nothing happens untill I close. When I then try to enter the texture manager again it starts anew, with the same error. Any thoughts as to how I might get passed this? Thank you for being so helpful btw.
I did notice that I was using CUC version 2.1 instead of 2.3, and updated it, but to no avail.
Edit: Or was I not supposed to use the texture manager, and rather use the install mods button? I've just caught myself thinking MEM wasn't working because I've been clicking the wrong version the last 5 times. I haven't slept in a bit too long, so I'll just go to bed, and if I'm lucky my head will be on the right way tomorrow.
Ah if you were using CUC 2.1 then that would explain it. The reason the error is persisting is because MEM has already done a texture scan of your game with CUC 2.1 rather than with 2.3. You'll need to delete the LE2 texture scan file under Texture Utilities and then redo the mapping.
When I redownloaded CUC yesterday, i got version 2.2 for some reason, I redownloaded it again today and got 2.3. I also deleted the texture scan files and remapped, and after that it went without a hitch. 13 hours of sleep must've helped ;). Thank you again for all your help.

Second, do I have to install this after all other mods like I would with a texture mod?
2. No, this is a mod manager mod and not a texture mod.

In any case, thank you & endorsed.
