Removed accuracy penalty for turning
Reduced accuracy penalty for moving (0.2 > 0.1)

Reduced headshot multiplier for assault rifles, shotguns, and SMGs (2.5x > 2.0x)
Reduced headshot multiplier for pistols (2.5x > 2.25x)

With improved accuracy resulting in easier headshots, the high multipliers were a bit too much. Additionally, a lower multiplier means base damage can be higher and body shots won't feel useless. Some individual weapons have tweaked headshots multipliers.

Weapon Specific Changes
This is more of a list of highlights than a comprehensive list. Changes to accuracy, recoil, and reserve ammo are mostly unnoted, as they have improved on nearly every weapon. Not every weapon is listed. Numerical stats noted are at rank 1.

Assault Rifles
M-55 Argus:
- Reload Speed increased (2.9s > 1.8s)
- Weight reduced(2.0 > 1.25)
- Zoom Recoil reduced (1.35 > 0.4)

- Removed burst delay
Argus becomes a unique and versatile assault rifle. Spamming bursts quickly causes the weapon to lose accuracy, but increases output at close range.

M-8 Avenger:
- Damage increased (38.6 > 48.4)
- Weight reduced (1.0 > 0.3)
With significantly reduced weight and other buffs, you may not be as temped to remove this weapon at the earliest opportunity.

M-15 Vindicator:
- Burst Fire Rate increased (550 > 900)
- Zoom Recoil reduced (0.7 > 0.2)
- Weight reduced (1.25 > 0.7)
No longer a frustrating chore, Vindicator becomes more like its ME2 counterpart.

Phaeston:
- Damage increased (29.7 > 48.4)
- Weight reduced (1.5 > 0.55)

Compared to Avenger, Phaeston trades a small amount of accuracy and weight for fire rate and ammo capacity.

Geth Pulse Rifle:
- Damage increased (21.9 > 29.6)
- Reload Speed increased (2.9s > 1.8s)
- Weight reduced (1.5 > 0.75)
While base damage is improved, it's still not favorable against armor.

M-96 Mattock:
- Damage increased (76.1 > 87.6)
- Clip Size increased (16 > 20)
- Fire Rate increased (450 > 550)
- Weight reduced (1.5 > 1.35)
In exchange for having a smaller weight reduction than most weapons, the Mattock has been buffed to a middle point with the Cerberus Harrier. A skilled player may push this weapon to the same output as the rebalanced Harrier, with the benefit of less weight.

Collector Rifle:
- Damage increased (44.3 > 62.0)
- Weight reduced (2.0 > 0.8)
Collector Rifle offers good damage with moderate accuracy in a relatively light package.

M-76 Revenant:
- Damage increased (47.6 > 56.4)
- Clip Size increased (60 > 80)
- Reload Speed increased (2.9s > 2.1s)
- Fire Rate increased (650 > 700)
- Initial Accuracy significantly improved (1.2 > 0.2)
- Accuracy Bloom per shot significantly reduced
- Weight reduced (2.0 > 1.6)
Now more like its ME2 counterpart, Revenant becomes a high output beast. Still loses accuracy when fired for extended periods. Heavy for an assault rifle, but you won't necessarily need a 2nd weapon alongside it.

M-99 Saber:
- Headshot multiplier maintained (2.5x)
- Reload Speed increased (2.9s > 2.1s)
- Penetration increased (0 > 35)
- Bloom recovery significantly improved
A weapon emphasizing precision, Saber maintains the vanilla headshot multiplier. Quick follow up shots are much more accurate. Saber gains a small amount of penetration that may pierce corners and Guardian shields.

M-39 Falcon:
- Damage increased (325.7 > 366.0)
- Fire Rate reduced (125 > 75)
- Reload Speed increased (2.9s > 2.0s)
- Weight reduced (2.0 > 1.5)
Now more like its multiplayer counterpart. The slower fire rate encourages mixing in powers between shots.

N7 Valkyrie:
- Burst Fire Rate increased (600 > 1600)
- Burst Delay reduced (0.25 > 0.1625)
- Clip Size increased (16 > 20)
- Weight reduced (2.0 > 1.7)
Valkyrie becomes the hyperburst laser it always deserved to be. This weapon is serious competition for the Cerberus Harrier.

Cerberus Harrier:
- Damage reduced (106.2 > 87.6)
- Weight reduced (1.75 > 1.7)
- Reserve Ammo increased (80 > 240)
Damage is reduced to a mid point with the Mattock. However, the increased reserve ammo lets Harrier deal far more total damage from a fixed position.

N7 Typhoon:
- Initial Accuracy improved
- Clip Size increased (100 > 150)
- Reload Speed increased (2.9s > 2.3s)
- Weight reduced (2.5 > 1.95)
The Typhoon is changed to make it more usable without Marksman.

M-7 Lancer:
- Damage reduced (82.2 > 70.0)
- Clip Size decreased (38 > 32)
- Zoom Recoil reduced (0.425 > 0.235)
- Full Recharge Delay reduced (5.0s > 0.8s)
- Partial Recharge Delay reduced (1.0s > 0.8s)
- Recharge Rate increased (0.35 > 0.6)
- Reload Speed increased (2.97s > 1.3s)
- Weight increased (1.0 > 1.2)
Lancer becomes much easier to use with much better up time. You're no longer punished for overheating the weapon.

Prothean Particle Rifle:
- Weight reduced (2.0 > 1.85)
- Full Recharge Delay reduced (5.0s > 1.2s)
- Partial Recharge Delay reduced (1.5s > 1.0s)
- Recharge Rate increased (0.35 > 0.6)
- Spool Up Time reduced (2.0s > 1.25)
- Reload Speed increased (5.0s > 1.8s)
With faster spool up and much faster recharge, the extended clip is no longer essential on the PPR.

M-57 Gladius: 
*Expanded Galaxy Mod weapon
- Accuracy increased
- Increased reload speed (2.9 > 2.2)
- Zoom Recoil reduced (1.35 > 0.6)
- Weight reduced (2.2 > 1.8)
Big brother of the Argus assault rifle, Gladius makes a few minor concessions in exchange for being fully automatic and marginally more accurate. High damage, but loses accuracy on continuous fire.

Geth Spitfire: *Expanded Galaxy Mod weapon
- Accuracy increased
- Weight reduced (3.0 > 2.0)

Heavy Pistols
M-3 Predator:
- Clip Size increased (15 > 18)
- Weight reduced (0.5 > 0.25)
The Predator maintains its place as a versatile, lightweight backup.

M-5 Phalanx:
- Fire Rate increased (250 > 275)
- Reload Speed increased (1.5 > 1.0)
- Accuracy improved
- Weight reduced (0.6 > 0.55)
Connecting shots is much less of a mess.

M-6 Carnifex:
- Fire Rate increased (100 > 145)
- Reload Speed increased (1.5s > 1.1s)
-Weight reduced (1.2 > 0.65)
Everyone's favorite hand cannon.

M-77 Paladin:
- Fire Rate increased (100 > 120)
- Reload Speed increased (1.5s > 1.1s)
An improved variant of the Carnifex for Spectres.

N7 Eagle:
- Damage increased (42.4 > 64.4)
- Fire Rate increased (400 > 450)
- Clip Size increased (18 > 24)
- Weight increased (0.6 > 0.7)
Eagle always deserved to be better, and now it is. Its automatic fire stands out among heavy pistols. Looking across to SMG, the most similar weapon is the Locust. Compared to it, Eagle weighs less and rewards headshots more.

Executioner Pistol:
- Accuracy improved
The "pocket Mantis" hits where you point it now.

M-11 Suppressor:
- Damage reduced (383.3 > 272.5)
- Headshot multiplier reduced (5.0x > 3.0x)
- Weight increased (1.25 > 1.45)
- Reserve Ammo increased (30 > 120)
Like the Harrier, it has been given significantly more ammo to make up for the reduced damage, and weight remains heavy among pistols.

M-11 Suppressor (Sushi Restaurant Ambush):
- Weight Reduced (2.5 > 0.25)
The Suppressor is given a weight modifier when equipped for the encounter at the sushi restaurant. This modifier has been changed to make the weapon lighter than normal, rather than heavier.

M-5 Carnifex (Endgame):
- Accuracy improved (0.01)
- Bullet Magnetism added
Nobody wants to die in the final push, so spread is eliminated and a small amount of bullet magnetism is added.

Submachine Guns
M-4 Shuriken:
- Burst Fire Rate increased (1100 > 1450)
- Burst Delay removed
- Weight reduced (0.5 > 0.2)
The lightest weapon available, the Shuriken is a useful backup weapon against unarmored enemies. Pacing its 6-round bursts allows this weapon to engage at longer distances, while firing rapidly is reserved for close range.

M-12 Locust:
- Damage increased (26.2 > 60.4)

- Weight increased (0.75 > 0.95)
More like its ME2 counterpart, enemies no longer laugh at the Locust's pathetic damage. Among automatic SMGs, it's the best option for long range. Compared to the Eagle, it is more accurate with slightly higher DPS.

M-9 Tempest:
- Damage increased (35.7 > 40.5)

- Fire Rate increased (650 > 925)
Another weapon that was cooler is ME2, the Tempest becomes much more useable. While initial accuracy has improved, the weapon will become more inaccurate the longer the trigger is held.

M-25 Hornet:

- Burst Fire Rate increased (1000 > 1100)
- Weight reduced (1.0 > 0.85)
Hornet is a burst fire alternative to the Locust.

N7 Hurricane:
- Initial Accuracy increased
- Aimed Recoil reduced (1.25 > .75)

Blood Pack Punisher:
- Damage reduced (63.7 > 52.4)
- Initial Accuracy improved
- Weight increased (0.75 > 1.1)
- AP Round damage multiplier reduced (5x > 2.5x)
- AP Round per shots reduced (8 > 4)
The Bloodpack SMG is much easier to use. The AP shot comes out every 4 rounds instead of 8, allowing for a much smaller recoil jump.

Collector SMG: *Expanded Galaxy Mod weapon
Full Recharge Delay reduced (3.0 > 1.2)
Reload Speed increased (5.0 > 1.35)

Sniper Rifles
M-92 Mantis:
- Reload speed increased (2.9s > 2.3s)
- Weight significantly reduced (1.75 > 0.65)
- Fire Rate increased (70 > 210) *reduces delay before reload begins*
With greatly reduced weight, Mantis no longer ruins your cooldowns at the start of the game.

M-29 Incisor:
- Damage increased (67.8 > 79.2)
- Burst Fire Rate increased (450 > 700)
- Weight reduced (1.5 > 1.15)
- Scope FOV increased (10 > 17)
With lower scope zoom and reduced recoil, Incisor becomes much better and more fun to use.

M-90 Indra:
- Damage increased (47.9 > 64.4)
- Accuracy increased
- Weight reduced (1.75 > 1.3)
Your full auto sniper. No longer requires Marksman or other accuracy modifiers to be effective.

M-97 Viper:
- Fire Rate increased (70 > 120)
- Weight reduced (1.5 > 1.1)
Tried and true semi-auto sniper.

M-13 Raptor:
- Accuracy increased
- Weight reduced (1.75 > 1.25)
- Scope FOV decreased (22 > 17)
This spam fire sniper is more accurate with slightly increased zoom.

N7 Valiant:
- Weight reduced (1.75 > 1.35)
Valiant was pretty great, just needed a weight reduction in line with other weapons.

M-98 Widow:
- Damage increased (867.0 > 999.6)
- Weight reduced (2.5 > 1.5)
- Fire Rate increased (70 > 210) *reduces delay before reload begins*
Increased damage further differentiates the Widow from the much lighter Mantis.

Javelin:
- Damage increased (795.0 > 1069.6)
- Weight reduced (2.5 > 1.55)
- Reload Speed increased (2.9s > 2.3s)
With less reserve ammo than the Widow, the Javelin continues to offer wallbang cheese.

Black Widow:
- Damage increased (514.1 > 557.5)
- Weight reduced (2.5 > 1.85)
Probably still the best sniper overall, but it remains relatively heavy.

Krysae Sniper Rifle:
- Zoom FOV increased (22 > 28)
- Fire Rate increased (50 > 90)
- Reload Speed increased (2.9s > 1.8s)
- Weight reduced (2.0 > 1.65)
The explosive sniper is less of a pain to use.

Collector Sniper Rifle: *Expanded Galaxy Mod weapon
- Full Recharge Delay reduced (3.0 > 1.35)
- Recharge Rate increased (0.35 > 0.5)
- Reload Speed increased (5.0 > 1.55)
- Weight reduced (2.0 > 1.4)
A finnicky but devastating weapon. Not very sniper-like.


Shotguns
Admittedly, I did not put a great deal of time and effort into the shotguns. This is partially because their accuracy doesn't seem as easy to modify, and making them too accurate starts to invalidate other weapons. The Smart Choke is buffed slightly (0.5 > 0.65), and I've generally tuned them to shoot faster and reload faster.
