I don't know about FireHollow's glitch, as I've been able to change several of Ryder's wardrobe outfits while using this mod, however, it does cause a permeant crash during the final mission.
During the final mission, right after you control your twin to send the reboot signal, this mod will crash the game every time you're trying to load back to the Pathfinder on the station. It needs to be disabled until you return to the Tempest.
UPDATE: It seems to randomly crash different load screens during the final mission. I haven't had any trouble elsewhere.
I can't figure out why, but strangely this mod seems to conflict with Ryder's Wardrobe mods. To the point where saves won't load and the game crashes mid loading screen.
I really love this mod but unfortunately I can't play my game with it.
