Mutes the constant background sound when zoomed in with a scope.

I created this mod in order to fix the glitch which happens when you're looking down a scope and switch Profiles, e.g. from Engineer to Infiltrator, and the sound from the scope interface gets stuck playing in an endless loop until you reload a save. Also, the sound was annoying.
Made in Frosty Editor 1.0.5.9.
