If you're signed up on Mass Effect Archives, you can unlock the helmet under "Career", then go to "Mass Effect Andromeda Achievements". The last page is a list of rewards including the helmet. If you click on the helmet and request it unlock, it and the blueprint for it should become available on the Tempest at the special delivery kiosk on desk in the Pathfinder quarters. At least, that's how I was able to get it.

Wait can you please elaborate more on how to retrieve this helmet via the archives? I have done the archives step of unlocking it but nothing is showing up on the kiosk beside the email box. You're the only success story for this helmet that is the most recent (2020). I really want the blueprint for this so I can install some augmentations with it. Please if it's not too much to ask, make the mod so we can research the blueprint! lol
Can we have a version that just puts it in the start of the game? Just for people that have a mod that affects the Tempest store? I don't mind starting a new game.
