Yes please what this person said , I don't even understand the basic idea of a sudoku puzzle . Cool I found all the glyph's , to bad I don't understand Chinese so I still can't solve the puzzle . I play video games not board games and card games .
No it doesn't , it very much realize on you already having a understanding of the sudoku game . I can easily problem solve things that are in my language , I don't speak or read glyphs . And the directions might make sense to a young person who was born with a computer in their house . I'm gen X and I never even owned a computer until I was 38 years old , it's not second nature to understand everything on the computer for my age group . Just like it isn't second nature for young people to understand the real world .
Uh...Sudoku has nothing to do with computers. It has been around in some way, shape, or form since the 1800's. Its just a numbers puzzle. It is mostly done on paper with a writing utensil of your preferred type. Sudoku was modernized...in 1979. By a 74 year old. So there were generations before yours playing sudoku. It may have been called something different but it definitely has existed your entire life. Admittedly wtf comes across as somewhat abrasive, but you don't seem to be a complete fount of knowledge about everything in the world so making a gross overgeneralization that anyone who is young doesn't understand the "real world" is a rather worthless statement as well. Also, knowing about this "real world", as you call it, is not second nature to anyone. Knowing the world requires one to acquire knowledge. Which can be acquired regardless of age. Have a great day.
P.S. - The word you were looking for was "relies". Not "realize".
the trick is not made clear in the game, not only can you only have 1 of each in a row or column, but you can only have one of each in each sub-square
for example the square can be divided into 4 smaller squares, or other shapes (look at the puzzle carefully, there are lines within the square that divide it up)
You can buy "remnant encryption keys" in the game at various shops, as well as finding them, which allow you to auto-solve the puzzles. I save them for the harder ones, and buy as many as I can find.
You should have just made it with hexadecimal -- 0123456789ABCDEF.
If you decide to overhaul it I would appreciate if you could make a version with letters/numbers that are not red because I have trouble seeing red on black.

this makes the harder puzzles much easier
