Anyone know why nothing is appearing when I open the reshade overlay? I open it and choose "Aesthetics" but there's nothing to change and there's nothing when i hit page down.
Unfortunately, I cannot seems to be able to bring up the Reshade menu by pressing Page Up key. I reinstalled the Reshade and followed your well written and simple tutorial, but nothing. This is the best Reshade for Andromeda and it is really sad I cannot make it work. Maybe you would be able to help me? Thank you:)
Update: managed to make the Reshade work by downloading the earlier version 3.1.1.243 and by renaming dxgi.dd to d3d11.dll. BUT, even after I chose your preset - nothing changed. My game appearance changes only when I turn on the effects available with the download of the reshade presets like SweetFX. I spent around 2-3 hours configuring the basic Reshade preset settings like adjusting the brightness, contrast, colors, increasing sharpness, etc, but I cannot make my game to look like yours. If you ever answer this message I would greatly appreciate it as I am dreaming of making your preset work with my game:3Thank you again!
I have been battling with this all evening, when I load the game, the overlay menu loads up just fine, I have checked the shader and texture paths are correct several times. But whenever i select Aesthetics in the drop down, no effects appear... nothing changes at all.
Page Up doesn't seem to bring up the menu for me. And everything is in black and white. I've followed your instructions but I''m sure I'm missing something!
EDIT: It's ok, I fixed it. Somehow by reinstalling the reshade, I was able to bring up the Reshade menu in the game. I managed to turn off the Monochrome effect from there.
Faced this problem after changing directory of the "Texture Search Paths" and "Effect Search Paths" and clicking on "Reload" D:\Games\Mass Effect Andromeda\reshade-shaders\Shaders\MagicBloom.fx(90, 30): error X3002: int or unsigned int type required
After bringing up the in-game Reshade menu you need to go to Settings tab to change the "Effect Search Paths" and "Texture Search Paths" to where ever your directory is located. Back to the Home tab and with Aesthetics.ini selected in the top drop down, select the reload button at the bottom.
