Thanks for creating a mod like this! I haven't tried it yet, but was curious if the 5x damage ends up being OP in practice or not. If so, a more balanced version of this mod might be interesting.
I haven't seen any other mods that target weapon augmentation behavior - there's a number of broken aspects to this which Bioware will unfortunately never be able to fix. If you're interested, I described a number of them in a post a while back, when there was still hope for the devs to address them:
5x feels like a blatant cheat, even with ME:A's serious bullet-sponge issues with regular enemies (which I prefer to address with a general enemy health / base damage balance mod anyway, rather individual overpowered weapons or abilities). A version with a damage multiplier of 1.0 (but perhaps with a slightly larger blast radius).
Incidentally, is there any fundamental difference between the shotgun and non-shotgun versions (aside from numerical stat modifiers for damage, ammo, etc)? Would the non-shotgun version override the multi-pellet-spread behavior of shotguns? What is the point of applying the shotgun version to all weapons rather than just giving both versions identical stats?

I don't know if you'd be interested in addressing any of the problems listed there, but it would be awesome to have the community patch this hole.
