I might be a moron, because I know I've used this reshader before, and it worked, complete with a toggle key and everything.
This time around, nothing happens when I hit scroll lock, and I am too dumb to understand how to change that keybind.
Does anyone know how I can make the keybind work?
I've tried to look around in the notepad documents, keybinds, global settings and the rest, and I just don't understand what I'm supposed to do -.-

I tried the original keybind, Scroll Lock, then I changed it to F12, nothing happened.
I rechecked the installation several times, uninstalled and reinstalled MEA, reapplied the mod, and started the game with and without Frostymods several times before I gave up.
I have no idea what I did  or didn't do to make it work, but when I moped about it to my SO the next day, he suggested to start the game with the mod off as default, rechecked that toggle was F12, then somehow it was working after all. Either it was the random mod gods that was messing with me, or I missed a step in my first attempt.
No matter, it works perfectly now, and I still love this mod!

I know this is a late reply but I just came across the mod, and you don't install it through the Frosty Mods manager.

There's a little section the mod author put that says how to install it:
"Installation is simple. Just copy the contents of the archive to the root folder of the game.
All the image settings in the screenshots - to the maximum. Chromatic aberration - OFF (In some places this effect greatly spoils the picture), Motion blur - OFF.
A calibrated monitor is recommended for correct color display.
Hot keys can be changed in Mass Effect Andromeda\SweetFX\Global_settings.txt"

(The root folder is where your .exe is btw just in case you're not sure)

I love this reshade, I use it in all the games that allow me. Unfortunately it has started to give errors with newer games, Greedfall for example crashes randomly, I have investigated and it is for the version of reshade used, I have tried with the newer version and these crashes do not occur.

Is there a way to update the mod to use the latest version of reshade?

    Thanks in advance.

For whatever reason I'm unable to turn off motion blur after a successful instillation. It's pretty annoying, and I'd love to know if anyone is aware of any solutions for said problem? Thanks!

Edit: Never mind. I'm a goof. Sorry!

    Hi folks!
I donĀ“t know if someone is still droping in here.

First, this is the best and simpelst correction out there.
At my first playthroug it works straightaway.

Now, with the same settings on my new pc, the game itself works fine.
But if i drop the files frome here in my root folder and start the game, the normal black sceen shows up with "....compiling effects" and so on, but the game never starts.
    Do anyone have a clue?

    Thanks :)

maybe you did not copy all the files. or try renaming the d3d11.dll file to dxgi.dll. I have not heard of such a problem. check the installation. unzip the archive, there should be a folder "SweetFX" and files, all this copy, and paste into the folder with the .exe game

Yeah I have the same bug.

I was playing MEA with this mod, it worked perfectly the first time.

Now I re-installed MEA, with a new windows, (you can say with a new pc, fresh ssd, fresh MEA installattion) except that I kept my saves.

After reinstalling the whole thing, re-enabling all my mod, the game was working but after re-installing this mod, the game won't start.
I don't know why, it's exactly the same game but it doesn't want to start.

Memory is fix btw, always 220.8 Mo, it doesn't change.

Hello everyone, I've been trying to use this mod, but I'm French and some instructions seems a little bit unclear to me. Care to help ?

First, I wanted to know if I had to copy ALL the files from the unzip (such as "Sweet FX" file + the dll + Reshade.fx + Sweet.fx ?) and WHERE exactly do I have to put them ? In Origin/Games/Mass Effect Andromeda ? Somewhere else ? In a specific file of MEA ?

Thank you for the help, I'm dying to try this mod, it looks so great !
(Plus I wanted to know if just copying them is enough to active them in game or if I needed to do something ? Cause I don't see wich button the "scroll lock" is on my french keyboard... ^^" )
