You have to extract the contents of the 7zip file and re-compress them as a normal zip file. For whatever reason, Frosty Mod manager just doesn't like 7zip files at the moment. Also make sure your version of Frosty Mod Manager is the latest version (current Frosty does not require archive files for mods). Ignore any warnings about this being made for an older patch, as long as as the official patch DOES NOT interfere with the files being changed, the mods should still work.
The mod is working good for me, too. You don't have to recompress them, just extract all of the files to one place and then import the fbmod file. I recommend doing this for any mods. Importing from a compressed file just seems to introduce problems, and not only with 7z files.
I love this mod (because they really did the Asari dirty in this game), but that being said, I would've loved a version that keeps vanilla markings but changes the complexions, or allowed you to choose who gets new markings and who doesn't. Kalinda for example looks better in her original markings imo.
