For future commenters that will come about the Mod not working. There is a workaround that I've found to get it functional.
So far as I can tell, you cannot use Vortex for this mod to function. Sucks ass I know, we all love the one click "It just works" functionality, but the mod will not function in Vortex.
You will have to use Frosty Mod Manager directly, you can pick it up here. From there install a mod like you normally would using this tool, Manually download it from the website, and drop it into the Mod Manager, and then hit Apply Mods, this DOES NOT YET MEAN THE MOD WORKS.
After you have applied the mod, you have to launch the game from the manager itself. It will ask if it's okay to use cmd.exe, it's fine. It needs to do this in order to actually interact with your installation. The mod will now be installed, along with whatever else you've put into this game.
The mod installation is not perfect, the face is there, but the correct skin tone is not on it by default, I've only used Ciris, who's face is 5, and complexion should be 7, and skin tone should be 0.15, but once the settings are there, you've got it.
Not sure what issues people were having before, working fine over here in late 2023, even unexpectedly has a great Ciri scar. Make sure you're using the right complexion and possibly head, I guess? Anyway, thanks Melynxx for the mod, been having a hard time finding a look I like for Sara, no offense to the other mod makers but a lot of the complexions look like you're a butter person with your perfect rubber skin. Can't go wrong with great value Ciri though!
What IF: The Illusive Man is Cyberpunk 2077's Rogue AI controlled Blue Eyes? Moreover, the Cyberpunk world is set within the Witcher series universe. Great mod nonetheless.
