Will Ryder.
Level 132 All Research Data collected. Plenty of resources, augmentations, weapon mods, fusion mods...
Simply place the save game file into the save folder (usually) in C:\Users\*****\Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect Andromeda\Save
Start the game and select new game+ option and select the character named Will Ryder.
You may then change gender, use default Ryders, create a custom Ryder etc as normal.
