I'm too unfamiliar with modding to do it myself but are any of these files a freckle mod I can apply that replaces a tattoo or other scar I can use? My aim is to add freckles to any complexion without having to use preset 10 which completely changes how the faces look. I wanted to add freckles to male preset 8's complexion.
The defaults are just some examples I put together to show what you can do with the PSD and tutorial I provided. There are a couple of freckle complexions I made that can be used in game with no additional work but I am not taking requests since I no longer have MEA installed on my computer so I have no way to test them. (check the downloads for freckle and heavy freckles).
However if you want to make your own complexion: as long as you can get access to photoshop I think the tutorial is pretty straightforward and easy to use. Most of the time you can get a free 30 day trial of PS from the adobe website. The PSD has all the preset complexions along with some skin details I made (including freckles) which you can use to make your own custom complexion. The tutorial explains how to save your custom complexion and import into the modding tools/make your complexion. You will also need the intel dds plugin in to save your texture within PS (just google it). Modding is not nearly as hard as you might think it is. I had no previous modding skills prior to my DAI mods, I hadn't used 3ds max before and had very limited PS knowledge but I was able to learn as there are a lot of tutorials available if you look for them and well trial and error always works.
My tattoo mod will have the body textures included but I am not sure when it will be completed. All body textures are under armor->nkda if you want to grab them before that.
I would suggest you go to the MEA Modding Discord group here: https://discordapp.com/channels/296276604211167232/320904891511996416 and checked the pinned messages (top right corner) if there is nothing there about your error then ask for help in the troubleshooting chat.
