    Thank you for this. When using it, since it is only an autosave, I did notice you had to load this directly from the main menu or after having loaded a manual insanity save. I loaded it after a normal save and it caused yours to load as a normal as well.

      Unfortunately I've already done two playthroughs and don't plan to play again for some time. They're time consuming, but not impossible.

      Friendly Fire progress is stored in the file called "ProfOpts" anyway, which is shared among all saves, not in a specific save.

    I know this save is 4 years old so I assume something is broken but no matter how many times I try to load it, it loads as Casual.

      It seems it must be loaded directly from the main menu, or it will be affected by difficulty of the last saved game. It might even be required that you'll have to load your save, then change difficulty to insanity, and save it (in a separate slot, if you desire). Be sure to manually load the "Sara" one in the Meridian Control Heart, dated April 29, 2017. I don't remember if this game requires you to swap to another "character folder" like Inquisition did, but if you don't see it, look for the character change option as well. Let me know if that works.
