I just got the current versions of mod manager and ea desktop working after like for ever it feels like. took a while to figure out why i coulkd not get any mod to work at all.

На всю игру есть только две модельки головы азари. для реализации разных типажей предположительно нужно создание новых частей тела (голова) и прописать коды для их нормальной работы и внести коррективы в ряд файлов игры, чтобы изменения были везде одни и те же(но это лишь теория). я не могу этим заняться, у меня уже год проблемы с интернетом и электричеством из-за периодическими бомбардировок инфраструктуры моей страны, так что как-то так. обратись в комьюнити, или глянь других модеров, возможно они уже работают над решением одинаковости азари
I suppose the face *shape* is a different thing. Is it the "mesh" that differentiates - to use another game that doesn't even use Frostbite (so this may be a non-sequitur) - Samara from Aria, or Tela Vasir? This seems like a simple makeup change; the ME:A asari - aside from PeeBee - are more clonelike because they all use the same "mesh," even if there's a different "texture?" ("Same make and model of car, different paint job," so to speak.)
B and B2 are two unique textures on all other asari. in this mod: 4 options for B and 4 options for B2. separately 8 options for Lexi. Peebee has no retexture in this mod.
yes. just install B&B2 (I recommend setting a few options and toggling the mod's options before each launch of the game. this will create a variety of asari appearance)
Switch off one options and switch on other. Like this: B_face-1 & B2_face-5 - ON; B_face-2 & B2_face-6 - OFF; B_face-3 & B2_face-7 - OFF; B_face-4 & B2_face-8 - OFF

but i would like to overhaul the other asari npc's
